Overall a very sloppy game from both teams. You had Jalon Daniels (the senior) throw 3 interceptions with one of them being a pick 6. You had Illinois almost muffing a punt and Aidan laugherly dropping the ball which would’ve been a TD. Overall I’m still glad we won but I don’t think we will get away with against most of the teams on our remaining schedule

Took care of business. Altmyer looked confident and slung the ball to Bryant and Elzy all night, and he's mobile, so can run the ball himself if he needs to. Feagin looks like a good RB1 aside from that, while you can go back and forth between Laughery and McCray as well. Defense showed up and forced a bunch of turnovers, which is great. The Blackhawks are the team I most closely associate myself with. We needed depth just about everywhere. On the forward side, signing Bertuzzi and Teravainen was HUGE. I liked getting Smith, Maroon and Mikheyev for depth, and bringing Anderson back was definitely justified. Missing Hall and Athanasiou hurt last year. Badly. Hoping having this veteran talent can help Bedard continue to develop into a star (he already is one). Defense needed major help. Vlasic-Jones is your clear 1st pairing. Martinez is a huge pickup on the back end. I like Murphy a lot, but I think 3rd pairing is totally fair. Korchinski is a very solid young D-man. Goaltending had a major hole. Soderblom was clearly not ready for NHL. He can now go back to Rockford, and hopefully not hurt Commeso's development. I like Brossoit a lot. I have no idea how he wasn't a #1 starter anywhere. Bringing in all of this veteran depth can let the young guys from either last year's lineup or the draft (Levshunov, etc.) go down to Rockford and develop into stars before they come up and help the team contend by 2026 or 2027. I am very excited about the future of the Blackhawks organization as a whole! Davidson has been absolutely cooking in both the draft and free agency, and Richardson coaches his guys tough no matter who's out there. Again, I'm excited!

This isn't as big as you would think. The school and him hit at just the right time. He literally is just the right fit for KSU. Or at least "they" think he is just the piece they are missing.

This guy is one of the most over-rated players of all time. He played ok towards the end of his senior year, but up until that point he was so mediocre that even the fans would gasp when he got the ball for a period of time.

Coleman Hawkins to k state 😡

TSJ handled this with maturity and integrity. The fact Whitman would always hug Shannon after games signaled to me that he, as a former lawyer, knew the case would either be thrown out or TSJ would be acquitted. That, and the fact he played as great as he did. He’d never be able to play like that if he was guilty and had that hanging over his head all season.

The bears had to accept the hard knocks this year. I thought there was like 3 or 4 situations could get u out of it. One was like a 1st year head coach. If u have made the playoffs in like the past 5 years. If u had been on this show in past 10 years. And maybe 1 more other thing.
