In western I have Pisces on the second house in Vedic I have North Node in Capricorn. You look at the Lord of that sign and what house the Lord is in Neptune rules Pisces and Jupiter and Capricorn Saturn rules. Saturn and Neptune is in my 9th n Vedic in my 11th Jupiter n Western 5th house Vedic 7th house the answers for with no planets in the house look at the Lords of those signs and what houses they are in and your answers are there.

You are right in Vedic Neptune is transiting in my 4th house conjunct with my the sign of Pisces in my 4th house. I don't want to go out and I am a writer and I love being in my home I go out 3 times a month. I am a filmmaker to but I am writing my books and scripts getting ready for Neptune to go into the 5th house, but now I work from my home and so many ideas have been down loaded to me from my hallway. It has been a portal for me ideas come when I am standing in it. You can sex or power you can't have both. I chose to channel the energy into power and magnetism.

The reason there are fewer aries risings is because of the tilt of the earth. North of the equator, there are fewer aries and pisces risings since there is only about an hour window per day for these signs. This is compared to virgo/libra risings, who have 3ish hours. South of the equator it is the reverse. There are more aries/pisces risings and fewer virgo/libra. The majority of people on the planet live above the equator -- something like 7 billion. This is why you likely see so few of us!

I heard someone once say that neglect is passive violence. I did not die thanks to God, spirit, etc and I am all that I need.
