Hi mate I just wanted to say this is where my journey began as my best friends parents took me with them to see this reunion at the London palladium . What you don’t get to hear on this album or of coarse see is that at the start of the concert they showed us a short kind of comedy movie narrated by if I remember les dawson and at the end of that film and narration he says and he they are The shadows + 1 and then you see the curtain showing that imagine on your cd which I have on vinyl and the program from that concert and then they started with the young ones . Such a memory . But please please get on dvd cliff & the shadows final reunion at the o2 it’s amazing and I believe they play 42/44 tracks . Fantastic to watch . Chris . Sorry this was so long but such a memory .

The closest I’ve been to correspondence with the Shadows was a letter accompanied by two cassettes of his own work and some signed photos from Warren Bennett.

In my opinion the Marvin Welch Rostill Bennett was the ultimate recording and composing time.
