After compressing the tensioner with a prybar, I had to TIGHTEN the 9/16 nut to hold the tensioner in the loose position to I could get the belt on, which was very tight and required me to beat it around the pulley with a smooth plastic hammer while turning it on.

hello, im having trouble with the clear coat not hardening up. its been 3 days and I can still run my nail through it. I sprayed 4 clear coats. straight out the bottle into the spray gun. any tips on why it won't harden up?

86 or 87 will work 1/2 in.. be sure to get a belt that can run reverse flat. Otherwise you will have premature belt wear breakage

Howdy! It’s weird how they put a lot of metal/aluminum combinations of rigs out there back in the day. Emeryville had the same stuff I believe. The Crackerboxes were quite nice looking trucks though. Did you take the cab off the frame to do the work or just get the parts and will find a frame to install them on? I’ve seen the KW cabover out on the road. I will have to think where though. 🧐 You have some nice trucks.

Thats the way the guy who I was working for wanted it done. If it were my shop the rubber would have been taken off the rim. Thanks for watching!!

Yes u can. I just used my iwata with 2.0 tip. I reduced it 1/3 with water. It sprayed ok. If u go too thin just let it dry and do multiple coats

This is what I did on my siding - only difference was I used a deck brush to clean the siding with TSP. Then I power washed it . Then I Primed it with bulls eye 123, and then put on the paint. It's been 2 years and it was a medium blue and it still looks good

Turned out to be the plastic ring inside the gun. 10.00 part. Works like she did when she was new.

Which sata did you use ,do you think a different nozzle would have came out better or was it just the gun?

What size tip did you use with latex. Did you thin it quite a bit? what do you thin it with?
