If that’s the flow strainer, it’s probably the main heat exchanger breaking down from the inside, possibly why it’s dropping pressure, what boiler was it?

They need to make EVs affordable to people, then the problem of emissions charges wouldn't exist!. Regular hard working people like the guy in this video can't afford over 50k for an electric work van. Instead of wasting what must be millions of pounds of taxpayers money on these poorly planned and thought out congestion charge schemes, they could be offering to subsidise people like this guy to drive electric vehicles, which would benefit them and the areas they work in. It's such a mess and such a waste of public funds and time.

I've got one of these Baxi Solo 30's and the is a tiny water leak from the bottom of the side drain manifold. I was told by a plumber that we would need an entire new unit. It looks to me like it' just the seal around the manifold has deteriorated as the rest of the unit looks to be fine.

Fantastic idea, but it is only for testing individual components. However, you can’t operate the Boiler with these Test Cards. A much better design would be having it in Series with the wiring harness, to enable the boiler to be Fired Up. Thanks for sharing MGM👍👍

Had a Worcester pcb test card for about 15 years.. Tbh ive only used it a few times, but it is the difference between being a gas engineer and a guess engineer😂😂 Hope your keeping well mate 1🙏🏾

All the courses you mentioned MGM are fantastic. These are very knowledgeable guys👍 Primary/Secondary systems as you illustrated are for from new, in fact there’s very little ‘new’ in our industry when it comes to Heating design. In fact, Primary/Secondary systems & CCTs were commonly used in commercial system, even in the 1930s. I first encountered it in a (1930s)Large House/Castle here in Scotland. So much can be done with P/S systems, even to Cascade several boilers. I personally would have had two sets of CCTs, with the UFH on the Primary Return pipe. Which will be a lower temperature & you can simplify/reduce the number of controls on that circuit. I started my ‘time’ in the early 70s & was fortunate to learn at the hands of old boys, with a fund of knowledge. One thing I was told & I never forget it; ‘What goes into a Tee, comes out a Tee’. Across the Pond, my pals always credit an individual called Gil Carlson with Primary/Secondary design, but in my experience, it’s been around a lot longer than Gil. But the guy was a fantastic engineer never the less. Thanks for sharing MGM & all the best for 2025.

Watched all 3 video's you put up on F83 fault , very informative, i have same issue but on a brand new installed boiler , initially had airlock but managed to get system working well but still getting F83 daily even tho all rads in property getting hot . Will call manufacturer but watching your video's im setting worried now they may not help much 😮

The parking enforcer is illegally parked because 🤔, i dunno, why is he illegally parked, couldn't he have parked properly and walked down the road to do his job. Either parking is bad for all or it's bad for none 🤦
