Please tell me you solved this problem and how! I have the same problem with a boiler I have to go and look at, I think its a parameter that needs altering but unsure, any advice welcome.

I've got a Baxi Bermuda in the garage somebody gifted to me about 15 years ago. It's in excellent condition....I can't fit it obviously. But I can now have a go at a little surgery 😂....Open up the back boiler & go absolutely radio rental (Mental) Cleaning it. Wire brushes paint brushes etc. I'll take pictures as i go.so i don't fluk it up when i put her back together. Then all I need to do is find a good Corgi registered Mad GasLad to fit it for me. Its a Baxi i think. One of those with the lovely all glass front with the coals in. I'm a retro looney. She's a gorgeous bit of kit in my humble opinion.....Hey just one massive big humongous thank you mate. Stay safe Citizen. I applaud thee Mukr ❤😂

Great to see you back pal🎉, on the portable vessels , I always check mains water via outside tap or connect on to best available tap to check pressure then set vessel to that pressure minus 0.2 as sometimes water pressure is low and can cause the fog horn/rumble noise, keep up the good work, 800 on viessmanns for them parts 😮

Would a negative fan pressure test help identify that hex blockage ?

It should be mandatory that the manafactuers leave a spare set of seals , washer for gas valves . Etc . That comes in the box upon purchase. And left on top of boiler .

Interesting video and service thanks for sharing. I have read the comments so now understand this was a rental property and the landlord had ‘servicing’ records. The amount of debris and fouling of the hex does suggest this burner assembly has been undisturbed for at least a ‘few services’. You did a cracking job - the landlord is lucky to have found you.😀👍

Ironic how they treat someone trying to earn a living for a minor traffic levy and compare it tye young kid speeding while filming himself and hitting a woman causing life changing injuries and is sentanced to just 18 month. No doubt the bailiffs will now visit her when she can't afford her mortgage because she can't work. Anyone who thinks collecting money for a living off people struggling to pay needs a taste of there own medicine

A right mess that one, did you do an analyser check before you started surely it would have failed given the state of that heat exchanger, that boiler hasn’t been serviced properly for years as it, nice to see you back on here with content mate👍🏻

I worked for a national company and was told l was bailiff but was not certified by any court basically l was using intimidating acts clamps and paperwork. Left in the end companies doing this all the time, claiming to work as TV licence officers etc.

Ask for ID to c if certified bailiff by the courts. Most are debt collectors.
