@@juliebey8240 Oh, don't even think that way!! I was thinking the same, waiting till I have enough knowledge to start...and then I decided just to try. I took the cheapest notebook (the one I am using now) and did my first page. It wasn't incredible, but I enjoyed the process so much!! Give it a try! I am sure you're gonna be surprised with how good your results are!!!!

Hey, I am pretty new as well 😀. Mine is a cheap, falling apart notebook 😅 But the next I am planning to get is Stamperia mixed media journal. I like the size. But you can use any brand, just make sure it is mixmedia friendly(or watercolor friendly if you use watercolors a lot)
