CBC Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics - Intro/Opening Theme
Переглядів 131 тис.6 років тому
CBC's introduction/opening to the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Games. Impressive as all their intros have been, though I find it underwhelming compared to their recent Olympic/World Cup/Pan Am intros (especially the music). All rights to CBC as always.

I'm not crying!
This was the last good season of Survivor
Can't believe why Toronto let this guy goes , specially after bringing back the jays from 1994
This is what Russell can't do in the game. Make genuine bonds in the game.
One of my favourite Toronto sports players. Not just the performance on the field, but the swagger and the passion!
I have had only TWO sports heroes in my life, not even as a teen. Music was where I found my heroes. Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash etc. My two heroes were Wendel Clark & José Bautista. They played with HEART ♥️ ♥️
this brings back memories
Sarah was not a likeable contestant. Tony was HUGELY LIKEABLE.
People who played the game with Sarah said they loved her, so she was likeable to people even if you didn't find her likeable on screen
excelence
HES COMING BACK AUGUST 12 2023 JOSE JOSE JOSE JOSE
I was there and damn it was emotional
What is the walk up
Someone better frame that photo of the bat flip and hang it inside forever
Tremendo atleta, gracias BAUTISTA.
1:26 The final salute 🙌
I get why people think edge of extinction sucks and all of the advantages and fire making suck, but the legendary extortion episode and this scene don’t happen without these allegedly bad twists.
When she said: Cops R Us i lost it. it’s so cool to see the difference in cagayan to WaW.
Honestly I had no idea what to expect coming in to winners at war. I was apprehensive about someone becoming the second 2 time winner in survivor history, what if it was someone trash like Adam or Ben or Ethan or danni, that would’ve been awful to have another 2 time winner who is one of the worst winners on this cast and maybe in history. But for all that fear, it completely evaporated once I saw cops r us take control of the game. These two were so heartwarming and real the entire season, u could tell through all of the stupid gameplay by Boston Rob and the paranoia from Adam and the douchebaggery from Wendell and the vampire edit by nick, these 2 stayed true to each other the whole season. Their bond that had been forming for years after Cagayan was so strong, it was so beautiful to see. All coming to a head at the very end when they were forced to turn against each other, and climaxing with the most beautiful send off any player has had since Cirie in game changers. Tony has come full circle, from being the deceptive villain who lies to everyone and has no remorse, to the guy who breaks down crying seeing himself send home his closest ally and best friend. I thought the season 36 and 38 endings were truly something special and couldn’t be topped, boy was I wrong. What a trip. I hope survivor 42 brings a great ending as well, going along with the theme of the even seasons having amazing endings. Cops r us is my favorite duo all time, idk if this storyline will ever be topped
Jesus loves you all and he is always with you. God bless and have a wonderful day 👍🏻
Can we talk about how Sarah had literal applause at both of her eliminations? Idk about y’all but that would mess with my head.
If he hit a home run he would get more cheers than if a jays player hit a home run that night
now that’s character development
Still can't get over this. One of the greatest athletes in Toronto history.
It's been 4 years and Jose is still greatly missed
what is the name of the song that played
Usher - O.M.G
Stay CLASSY Toronto
So fun poor Tony
whos here after his walkoff single
REAL TEAMATE !
I was at this game it was sad to see him go
Fitting that he walked
?
0:57 “Oh, my God, you won”.
Still miss Jose
Greatest combo ever. They totally gamed the game.
Lmaoo at the gord in the tavares jersey
I'd love to see these two on Amazing Race. Greatest Duo in Survivor history imo.
Would love this. Doubt it will happen though
@@Cooley-rj1op I know it man! But you're right though very wishful thinking.
Definitely love this!
i was at that game
Ah man, good times!
Ik
Better times are coming!
"LEGEND"????. Several good years. How many gold gloves? Never Any hitting average title? No world series championships. How many stolen bases? The victim of the best bust in the grill in professional sports history. Toronto you're desperate.
1. Around 10 years of service to Toronto as a Blue Jay 2. Had a 54 homer season as a Blue Jay in 2010 (led the league) 3. Had a 43 homer season as a Blue Jay in 2011 (led the league) 4. 4th in the MVP voting for the 2010 season as a Blue Jay 5. 3rd in the MVP voting for the 2011 season as a Blue Jay 6. Was a key player in Toronto's 2015 and 2016 playoff runs 7. 6x All-Star as a Blue Jay (6 years in a row: 2010-2015) 8. 3x Silver Slugger as a Blue Jay 9. Last but not least, best bat flip in MLB history So yes. he's a certified legend in Toronto and you're wrong.
Trolling fool.
Jose bautista is a legend in toronto. I love how he plays hard nose baseball.
He didn’t like Sarah in first one?

In Glorious High Definition.
Yea u better stand up and applaud
Hearing those curling stones hit is so satisfying.
i cried, this was hard to watch, being able to watch his bat flip game was the greatest moment of my life
El tipo es un buen pelotero pero es un arrogante, malcriado y engreido
It was a close battle. 1:27 Sarah's rope is burned through (raised flag).
Tony is the best survivor player of all time
I was thinking of that. I was like Veeeeeeeeeery different.
