Thank you for the details, the bathroom, outlets, bench, etc. Great job!
I got it once it was dry af . 😂
Wow! Get all ur steps in just walking around the plane! 😅
I wasn't really impressed until cheesecake😂😂lol
Any cheesecake is great!
@@CaptainZtravels especially while your 35k in the air Captain lol 😆 😂 🤣
Are those front windows screens? I'm just wondering how they made the illusion of 3D. 😯
They are TVs, projected to look as if it is outside. The view out the window is entirely generated and virtual.
Ok I just came back and looked again. What I meant by 3D was the image moving with the camera point of view. Like head tracking. Now I see those are actual windows, with a large curved screen outside the cockpit. 🕵🏼♀
Love it! Cool stuff! I'd wait till 0200 to get into a sim in my previous life.... couldn't get enough!
Ah the dredded 'D' period (I think). The one we don't use.
American cuisine
Do you also fly the NEO?
Yes, he’d be qualified on the -300/900(neo) as well. Depending on what domicile you’re based in, you may see them more or less Neo’s. I don’t see as many in ATL/JFK but lots more in MSP/SLC probably due to the farther route out to Europe and its better range/efficiency?
@ great explanation! Thank you 🙏🏻 the 900NEO with delta is great to fly in
Yes, the A330 type rating is common to ALL A330 models (The -200/300/800/900). I'm based in NYC, which technically means I'm based at JFK, LGA, and EWR BUT....because my plane is international and we only serve international destinations from JFK I only fly out of JFK. There is a mixture of 200/300s and 900s out of JFK. It could be either, depending on the destination.
@ thanks for the explanation! I am a huge fan of the Delta 330NEO. I’ve been flying on that more recently especially between ATL & EZE. Btw - love your destination short videos. Especially the ones of Buenos Aires.
I want one ❤ now show us you flying that nice box 📦 😂
That's a little harder to do as it would require permission from everyone in the simulator and most wouldn't want it video'd and posted - sorry!
@CaptainZtravels that's ok Captain I understand policy!
Fresh from the cat food tin.
Which aircraft is this though? 767-300?
Oh damn! That Cheesecake! Yummy!
🤮
ok
Y’all late to the party lol
ok
Id love to jumpseat in this Airbus!!
It's a great view if you ever get the chance.
Really cool! Love the different colors!
Me too!
Does the delta comfort plus first row have a tray? One or Two screens for the two seats on the side? Also, where would you put your under seat bag? Is there extra room reserved for the first row to put their under seat bag overhead?
Great questions. Each seat has a tray. The first row (bulkhead) has the tray stowed into the seat frame. Each seat has a TV. That is also stowed in the seat frame, as opposed to the seat in front of you. Unfortunately there is no under-seat stowage at this row. Everything has to go into the overhead bin.
@@CaptainZtravels Thanks for the quick answer. Next time you get a chance, showing this this in action would be a nice addition to your video library.
That is a cool view and accommodations.
Thanks. It was a quirky room, which I like after staying in literally thousands of hotel rooms over my 35 year career!
@@CaptainZtravelswould be great if you also rate the beds. Most hotels are average but some have mattresses and bedding that gives the most restful sleep!
Tho place is amazing I go here for my birthday me and my dad love it and we get 10 orders of snow crab
I could stuff myself for two hours - crab only. Ok, I love the scallops too. What an awesome birthday gift! When is your birthday?
Do u keep the pillow and blanket
You aren't supposed to, but I'm sure people do.
Interesting..I am also curious about the side shades, why are they yellow and not tinted the same as the front shades? Thanks in advance! 🙏
That is a great question. They are a different material than the visor. The visor is a plastic like, hard object, whereas the shades are flexible and are made with more of a metallic material. They are translucent. My guess is that they have some sun blocking material in them. When the shade is pulled out the ipad sits in front of it. With the shade out it blocks the GPS signal.
Wow, how nice!🎉 Good to see other cultures celebrating.
Another benefit of travel - experiencing differing cultures from our own. I really think this helps expand one's acceptance of things that are different. If we only experience what's around us and never venture from our home base we can't appreciate that there are other ways of doing things.
Awesome
Thanks.
Dang cool!!!
Thanks.
How come the delta comfort plus first row don’t have a tv screen!?
How much is it ????
The non-lobster is $80 per person. The lobster option is, I think $120 per person. It's well worth it. $80 for all you can eat snow and Dungeness crab is an amazing price, if you eat more than average. You can't beat that even buying from Costco!
This seems so awesome
Thanks.
This is pretty cool. I’ve never flown before, but I always wanted too. It must be exciting to get to fly like this every day.
It's the best job in the world!
This is actually huge
I found this by accident and use the elevators every time now rather than wait in the line. You can go down early or go down late but you don't have to be in a long line. I THINK you can also access the tracks from under Madison Square Garden/Penn as well. The tracks stretch across two blocks, I believe so there's another way but I haven't confirmed this yet.
WOW! HE ACTUALLY SHOWS US.....THE SEAT!!!1 WE GET TO SEE WHAT WE CAME TO SEE!!!!! No Spielberg Wannabe shit here. So many of these videos - they show the seat for 20-30 seconds if that. THEN -- the bloody tv screen--as if we've never seen a screen with movie selections. THEN we get to see out the window - as if people who are researching premium class travel have never seen out the plane window before. Then toss in the stupid hip-pop whazzup beat, graphics, and watching people walk thru the airport - yeah that's a joy too. THANKS FOR A HELPFUL AND REAL REVIEW! Gonna search your other ones.
Thank you very much. My seat reviews have been really popular. It's always surprising to see what people actually like and want to see. I guess because I'm around these seats all the time at work I kind of blew it off that no one would want to see this stuff, but through awesome followers like you I have a new perspective. I also never realized that most people haven't flown on a wide body airliner. If you've never traveled internationally, you probably haven't ever seen a twin isle airplane. With this new perspective I try and shoot videos that will help people, like you. Thank you for your kind words. Captain Z
Thanks I’m flying to Italy comfort plus
Awesome, have a great time.
Taking first class Acela for a 1 hour train ride seems kind of overkill imo
Thanks for your opinion.
I got that today❤
Awesome. Those are rare!
2 questions.... is it still fly worthy?... and if it is.... are there any mechanics around that are qualified to work on it? Im thinking planes are probably a lot like cars... the older they get, the easier they are to understand and work on.....
I do not think it's airworthy. It's been at the museum for a while. It is expensive to maintain an aircraft in an airworthy status, if the intent is for it to be a museum piece. I don't know the answer to your second questions, other than generally I think you are correct. This is a mechanical airplane with little to no 'electronics' so it is probably easier for a core mechanic to fix it.
Disgusting and disgraceful . Man how the west has fallen
I hate to tell you, but ain’t nothing fresh about canned tuna buddy plus it look like cat food on bread
Meow
Was there a mini fridge in the room?
Hmmm I don't remember I think so though.
@CaptainZtravels ok thanks for replying
The main cabin seats are HORRIBLE for anyone over 6' tall. Worst EVER. Spirit is more comfortable!
I'm a short guy (5'9) so I guess I have the advantage.
Tuna and turkey? What is wrong with you?
Are you the kind of person that none of your friends want to dine with because you tell them how disgusting THEIR meal choice is? Order what you want and I'll order what I want and I'll be happy for you and I hope you'll be happy for me!
What the hell man????? Nasty!!!
For the first row, do you have an individual monitor? I see the shared on the wall. Would the front row be more comfortable too?
The monitor is stowed into the seat frame so it is out of the way in case there is an evacuation. The frame housing takes an inch or so from the seating area. The bulkhead seats also don't allow for as much leg room, as you can't stretch your seat under the seat in front of you. I try and stay away from the bulkhead, when possible. You also have no where to stow anything, like a small bag. It must go into the overhead bin. I had one of the worst flights of my life on a bulkhead row, middle seat on LATAM from Bogota, Columbia to Sao Paulo, Brazil. The seat was so skinny and had no where to put my legs. It was 6.5 hours of pure hell!
Wtf😂 that's not no fugin chop 🧀 sandwich 🥪 😢that's chop chitwhich
I got this Captain! I mean all I wanted to do is a barrel roll lol
Hehe
These trends are dumb as f$&k! Chopped sandwich? Just ridiculous.
Hands down the best seafood spot I’ve been to! Great value for what you get, paired with excellent music-current and throwback R&B vibes make the experience even better.
I completely agree. I absolutely love this place. For $80 you get not only all you can eat Pacific Dunginess and Snow Crab but you get all you can eat sizzling scallops. I mean big ones, ones that a pack of 15 costs $29 at Costco. They bring you 6 at a time and they are hot and delicious. This doesn't even include the other seafood and non-seafoood items that keep coming, if you want them!
Where u been? I do enjoy tem simulators!
Haven't been flying, been on vacation - at home basically and at my dad's in Philly. Currently in Rio enjoying the summer sun!
Oh man! Rio is fun! Carnival is mucho fun also! Enjoy your time there!
It seems that the 737 is currently not available as they are making renovations and will be re-open in April 2025. Wasn't aware of this museum so thanks for the info and hope your vacation is great!
Oh no! I'm so happy that you've added that information here. Thanks. Have a great 2025.
W I am going to be a pilot like you in the future
Awesome, It's a great job that you will love!
Very clean they Wear gloves.
They do, but if they pick their nose or scratch their ass with their gloves on then it all goes down the tubes. I almost would rather see them wash their hands frequently AND wear gloves.
The setting for Van Der Valk on pbs.
Cool, good to know.
