Hi everyone, Welcome to Cooking with Mama A's!
In today's video, I'm going to make Japanese Melon Bun / Japanese Melon pan
**Ingredient For Dough
480 gr Bread Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 TBSP Milk Powder
1 cup + 1 TBSP Cold Water
2 +1/2 tsp Yeast
72 gr Room Temperature Butter
**Topping
4 TSBP Room Temperature Butter
45 gr Icing Sugar
24gr Whole egg
120 gr Bread Flour + (1 TBSP bread flour for adjustment, if you found that the dough is too sticky)
2 gr Matcha Powder
2 gr Cocoa Powder
