Hey boo for your grocery shopping- aside from your regulars you KNOW you'll reach for during the week IE your breakfast items, snacks, drinks etc. try thinking of 1-2 meals that you're feeling like and buy those specific ingredients to cook. Instead of buying bulk and majority the items going to waste.
