oh yeah, if you're wondering why there's so much explosion, one of the players had a glitched VULKAN because of server lag, they were able to stack the VULKAN charges. more of Archeximus/Red spaghetti code lol

exfiltrate at hazard 10 gives you 1 allocation, exfiltrate at hazard 20 gives you 1 more
