Dr. Johnson this was a fantastic "lecture." It explained many things to me that I have pondered when talking with my kundalini yoga teacher about our practice. Please keep posting more of these!
Thanks much. I had more I wanted to weave in, especially on raja yoga, but decided to keep it brief, and perhaps inspire further study or deeper practice. What is offered to others, though, is also for me. (I was initiated into kundalini yoga in 1978 under Self Realization Fellowship.)
