Great video, Much love brother.
F* cancer! Mom 1954-2016
Nice build bud! What type of black paint did you use on the interior ?
Enjoyed your video. Did you use double on your roof?
No we didn’t but we will be replacing the roof this year with a double walled flat membrane
You need an oven thermometer LOL Nice job
I actually picked one up recently 😅
How much did the solar system cost
It was around 320 Canadian from Amazon
It looks awesome man, glad I stumbled upon your video. How hard was the wiring of the solar stuff and what was the total cost of the fans and solar equipment?
Thank you, wireing is just basic 12v so positive/negative. Everything except the batteries are from Amazon, the solar system including the fans were about $400 Canadian and $300 in batteries from a local supplier.
Gorgeous work!
Thank you Bro!
Nice updates, thanks. We are planning to build a solar kiln and are based in the north of the UK - the 3-4 winter months aren't really viable here for effective solar kiln use.
Thanks for watching, we get 4-5 months of winter here on the eastern coast of Canada, one thing we are finding from talking to people who live in northern parts of Canada is a secondary heat source, that is why we will be implementing the waste oil burner and also have the solar system to force air down through the stacks of lumber. In our earlier videos I go through some of the plans about those.
@@hammondriverwoodworks4818 if you are upgrading your solar panels anyway , why not upgrade enough to put an electric heater in that runs off the panels ? would be cheaper than propane in the long run.
Heck yea!
Thanks for watching
Before people bring it up. 30 minutes after filming of this video and the next video. we turned the concrete blocks.
