Alex Rusin, a native of the Polish mountains now residing in Krakow. 2024 marks the beginning of an entirely new chapter in his musical journey.
His enduring passion for romantic atmospheres, driven by piano and strings, intertwined with intricate melodies and sophisticated rhythms, serves as guiding force in his compositions. Alex's focus lies in crafting narratives within his music, always keeping the live performance experience in mind.
Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres including electronic sounds from artists like Bonobo, ODESZA, Bicep, Overmono and Tourist, Alex's musical palette is also enriched by influences from jazz, classical and film music.
Alex Rusin is opening a new chapter in 2024, starting with 'Persevere' EP on Hamburg based imprint PNEUMA, following with a single on Anjunadeep Reflections.

Alex Rusin live - Special Electronic Music Performance - August 2024
Live performance was a part of project funded from Next Generation EU (part of National Recovery Plan). Project is called "Developing skills by recording a new mini-album (EP) ‚Green’ and producing a live concert along with its audio-video recording and making it available on streaming platforms.” and it's goal is to gain knowledge from the: live performance creation with Ableton 12, mixing and mastering and video montage by using various tools like midi controllers and high quality studio headphones and monitors. Then the outputs will be a new EP called 'Green' and this live performance recording from Wyskocz Na Maniowy.
