I wear very little makeup just a little tinted lip balm or lipstick that's it and only sometimes when I go out. Most of the time I just have a little lip balm or vaseline on my lips coz I'm at home.

im about to take a semester off because we are moving and... Im scared. but also kind of excited. Ive never made a decision so quickly, but i made it before i even realized how much i was dreading going back. I want to get a real job, outside the art industry, that I can just mindlessly work and be adequately paid for, and be able to predict. I want a predictable job. I don't think the art industry is predictable at all and I think I've fooled myself into thinking thats okay. It's not. i'm not happy, i'm on edge and too scared to start projects all the time and have become lazy and... art cant be measured. Art cant be predictable, there has been a problem in EVERY step of EVERY project I tackled and it takes so much time and creativity to fix or work around it. But i loved art, for as long as I can remember. I loved sketching and doodling for fandoms, but I have never done anything else. so i thought i'd be happy, but I hadn't predicted how you constantly have to be creative, 100% of the time, with your schedule to the career path you take to the programs you use to the techniques you learn, all the way down to the smallest decision about the design of a shoe. You will never even have the same job as before, the many many big artists in the industry tell us when they come to our college have never ever said they have been able to keep one official title because its always changing. One job, you'll be a character designer. another, a backgrounds painter, another an animator, another a storyboard artist. I can't keep up with that. I have no guarantees, your schedule and location will always be changing and with the industry being so tight right now there is absolutely less chances of getting these fleeting and short-lived jobs. I want security and I am now realizing that. literally, im so sorry for the paragraph- this was supposed to be a comment ending at like the second sentence but all of this is coming to me faster than i can write and i know i have to type it. I have been searching for answers to why im so unhappy, been struggling with honesty with myself, but now as i type this and listen to this video its all just coming to me. im currently looking at general job opportunities in the state we plan to move to and in trying to figure out how i would organize that research its all suddenly clicking. I want to have a stable, guaranteed job where either the schedule is static, like being a secretary, or the things i have to do will be static, like a mailman. Leaning towards the mailman jib because I will get absolutely RIPPED and thats a personal goal of mine XD. this has been really therapeutic. Feeling a little vulnerable posting this instead of copy pasting it into a doc or something but I want other people in my position to read this because I would have loved to have this wake up call 3 years ago lol. But... I dont see it as a complete waste. I still want to grow as an artist and I still learned a hell of a lot about art in my time at college. I dont want that to go to waste, so during this time i want to go back to drawing for me. maybe organize and take on my own projects.

I learned all this later on in life after having worn make up from such a young age. I wore it so much to the point where I felt so ugly without it and I felt I had to constantly cover up. Now I love seeing my bare face and other peoples bare faces. And yes it’s so freeing to be able to touch my face (especially have seasonal allergies) and I have kids now who like to give me hugs and slobbery kisses It’s really cool that you learned all this without having had gone through a phase of wearing it all the time. it would be a shame to cover your face all the time with make up 😊 it’s nice to see more bare faces And yea also you do address the issues that may be causing you problems on your skin as opposed to using a quick fix

Never met someone who thinks exactly like me. It's just to much going on which gives me a big error. Also I think there is so much wrong with the whole make up issue these days. At the end of the day it is fake cause ur creating an illusion which really isn't u. It sometimes feels like I'm the only one really thinking that way because it is so normalized these days

I never did in my entire life, the exception being stage makeup for performances. I was a teenager in the early to mid 2000s. "Not wearing makeup" was very unusual at that time. Know that others before you have done what you're doing, and that there's nothing wrong with being your natural self. :)

I have had some similar issues with the vomiting and stuff I found that coffee was one of the things that caused the vomiting and nausea for me and sometimes drinking some kombucha can really help it was recommended to me by a doctor and it has made a major improvement on the problem ❤️ love your videos!
