    I understand what she saying but then the question would be, when is it appropriate to be angry?

  • @bolawoleogunleye7106

    Emotional maturity doesn’t mean you don’t feel negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, insecurity etc. it just means you acting appropriately despite this negative emotions. Bear in mind both parties in this video are obviously angry to some degree but see the difference in the way they act and approach the issue. Sis leave this show, this people will keep trying to dim your light, you speak from a genuine place, they speak with the intent to spite you. Clock the intentions girl.

    Feels like talking to toddlers. The Lord is your strength sis. Save your energy and let life teach them the lesson they have refuse to learn. Mr man I beg you please go around and be angry and triggered by things that don’t personally concern you 😅, the time will come when people’s silliness won’t trigger you because you have bigger fishes to fry and your shit to focus on, it is lack of problems that is making you make a problem out of things that shouldn’t matter. Gone are those days I speak like this dude😅.

    Why is it we spend so much time teaching kids to not kick, sit, and cry at small things, to express their emotions in healthy ways, and then we get man children who do worse and are proud of it?

    Also, when the young lady says “you ARE emotionally immature, in my opinion”, she’s contradicting the statement. “To Be” is an absolute term. It’s unconditional, therefore no longer an opinion. If she rephrases it and says, “to me, you seem to be emotionally immature”, therein will lie her opinion. This was a display of gaslighting on both sides, AND cognitive dissonance. Interesting.

  • @jeremymccarns5128
    @jeremymccarns5128 7 днів тому

    She wasn’t on the right track, but not quite accurate in her opinionated definition. He was correct in his understanding of “choosing” and conveying the emotion, so there’s the component of “regulating emotions”. However, it’s not anger being displayed to foster “better” social relations (e.g passionate reactions) and/or healthy relationships, so therefore it would be emotionally immature. The young lady was the perpetrator of emotional immaturity unfortunately. The way she allowed HIS selection to alter her own personal emotions (e.g. the countdown), she was not able to regulate her emotions either in order to de-escalate the conversation. Helluva display of cognitive dissonance 😅

    It’s like trying to teach a child and they just not getting it. It’s like he kinda wants to learn but actively tries to be dense at the same time. I want to think the best of him being that this is my first impression of him, but he ain’t doing it for me. I can’t lie, the woman also has a few flaws but admits to them and listens to the PROFESSIONAL in the room. He doesn’t and just uses her words to prove himself right.

    If a person speaks to just win. Even when it’s over the most trivial of things - you’re EI. If you’re not even trying to understand what a person is saying (don’t have to agree) without getting loud and combative - you’re EI. 27:40 agree 🤣🤣. They really think we don’t know. Everything you said, is me 🤣🤣 and totally on point.
