Huskie Haul Master UTV repair with aftermarket parts
Here is a rare and obscure little UTV that I came across a few years ago but it is impossible to find parts for! So in this video I show you how to rebuild the power train on this unique little UTV with parts you can source on eBay if you happen to have one of these. I show screenshots of all of the parts I use to make it easy for you to find them if you have one. You can use Dorman part number 47099 also to save some money on the part. I just had to replace mine, and there are 4 clips for this issue that should all be replaced requiring taking off the intake plenum. Mine were all deteriorated and breaking.
So I own one these. The Briggs in mine still runs like a dream. The brakes are my issue. Thinking of trying a mechanical caliper solution....We'll see
If you (or anyone else) needs to replace the brakes the OEM was a Tolomatic P/N 0724000028 and can be ordered by contacting diane_miller@tolomatic.com. I looked into the OEM back in 2018 and the price at that time was $127 each (probably more now). That was a little pricey for me even back then, so I wound up getting a basic UTV hydraulic brake caliper set on eBay I think for about $35 if I remember right. I had to do a little welding to make brackets to accommodate these and had to get a new brake line, but they work great and sure were worth the effort considering the cost of replacement. I never could figure how such a basic machine could have such expensive brakes! Good luck with yours, I hope you are able to make something work to keep it running 🙂

Add an additional chamber with a screen that has a greater surface area. Then it would take the whole swarm ball covering the screen to stop the suction.
Excellent idea, and it came just in time - I did a presentation at my local bee club last night and described your idea for improvement to anyone wanting to build their own. It is certainly something that I will be doing to upgrade mine - thanks again!
