A couple of fun details are that we learn Frieren learned the spell to make grapes sour, and THEN learn that it was Eisen's favourite food; as well as us being able to see Fern is finally reading the book Frieren asked her to at the end of the episode. I love that about this series. Another good reaction, and best of luck with school.

9:32 Fern is 9 when introduced and ages to about 19-20 as of current time. Frieren's age is woven into the upcoming story so better to let the anime reveal it 👍

Frieren is one of those visually and musically stunning series without much wasted dialogue at all, it's a really awesome show and I hope the reactions continue. Also as a fun fact, the first 4 episodes were originally aired together (like a short movie) as a way to properly set up the premise. However if you're watching individual episodes only that's why the first 3 might feel a bit sudden when the episodes end (rather than the episodes just feeling quick because they're so good) Also Heiter is just a regular old human, he just didn't shrink with age lol.
