OMG, you walked a long way from the skytrain to the bus terminal. We Thai people are also confused about why the bus terminal doesn't connect to the skytrain or subway. Normally, we have to take a bus or a taxi from the skytrain to get to the bus terminal. By the way, hope you have a great time in Thailand.👍

What an absolute hellhole. In the space of just 2-3 decades, Muslims, primarily of Pakistani Mirpuri origin, have dragged areas like this, as well as Sparkbrook, Small Heath, Balsall Heath, Alum Rock, Lozells and many others, into the doldrums. All you see is halal takeaways selling garbage junk food, halal meat and sweet centres, knock-off clothes shops with throwaway tat and imitation garments, and dodgy phone shops offering jailbreak services and flogging vapes. Street after street is filled with litter, drugs openly being sold in broad daylight, and the endless cars parked anywhere and everywhere with absolutely no regard for the rules of the road. The decline of Birmingham over the last 50 years is an utter travesty, engineered by weak MPs and corrupt councillors that have enabled the aggressive expansion of a toxic culture that has choked the life out of a once proud city. There is no sense of community, and no sense of national identity in line with traditional British values. By 2050 Birmingham's continued decline will have left no remnants of it's mid 20th century character, and its transformation into a large-scale Islamic ghetto, essentially devoid of any indigenous Britons, will be complete.

i used to live there for 5 months, it may be dirtty and full of liters but the people are very helpful and nice.Also i am an east european and some people are saying it's a no white area , it's just bad advertising...also it's true you may have drog dealing or crackheads but this are everywhere.
