How is the 592 holding up? I have not run mine in a while. It's still hard to get used to the feeling when it isn't pulling hard.

Hello Jordan , good videos you got up man . I use to work with a Pyatt from Bunker MO many years ago that was a great cutter. He could work like an animal and cut nice logs .We did a lot of hunting and fishing as well Not sure where you are from but that names stuck out to me. God bless young man , be safe out there.

Why do people cut backwards ? Your losening the chain ! Stretching the chain ! Very Dangerous . It might break . Cut with chain direction !

Just the way they are built. Simple and easy to maintain. No electronics. It's no small saw but, it's not a huge saw either. The ones I've owned have been really dependable.

Nice video. Is it easy to convert a Stihl bar on ha Husky? I have the 572 and 592 and would love to try out the Stihl light bars.
It's pretty easy check out my other videos, I have instructional video on how it's done.

Hey Jordan, have you had any problems with your 592xp? I see some have had some issues. I don't use my 592xp as much as you, so far mine has run great no problems.
I've had mine for a little over a year I don't use it every day, but I have used it a lot. It's a very good running saw, to this day I have no issues. I run 93 octane pump gas, with orange 2 cycle stihl.
I would use ethanol free, but it's hard for me to get it because of my location, and the amount I use weekly.

The sthil light bar are so much less weight. I have very long lasting service from them. Husqvarna bar are very good bar just a lot heavier.
Why. I have good luck with oregon, sandvyk, windsor. Stihl never lasted any longer or better?
The light bar is the least weight and I have had excellent service from the sthil bars.
I think that Stihl light guide bar is noticeably lighter. I’ve never messed with them cause the chains are different links from all the other stuff I have and it was just too much trouble to cut special chains to save 1lb or 1.8lbs. Whatever it actually is. Juice not worth the squeeze for me.

Yeah they are excellent saws. The best power to weight ratio. Myself personally like to run husky saws. But I will say they are worth it!

Not being a know it all but I think this is a young man taking a few short cuts that will get you hurt and hurt bad if not worse. If you’ve just started cutting on your own or even if you’ve not there are reasons for sitting wedges on back cuts and deeper back 1/3 or better. I feel you got lucky but I don’t know everything. Just stay safe and wishing you the best.
