Hi trey are you okay. I am sorry about everything I hope you can understand how is work is it fine how much is your wallets
love your Take on the 2700
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOUNG MAN... LOOKS GREAT
What's your website. You forgot to advertise your brand.
I used to have an etsy shop but people had a hard time finding me so after a while I just took it down. All my stuffs on Instagram.
@@LegacyLeatherwork.9087 I am sad to hear that, you are a very skilled craftsman. So, you are no longer working with leather? You have expensive equipment, that Techsew machine for example.
Hi do you have some video showing how do the machin run faster because my techsew 2700 run very slow but i try to change the speed and i cant do the motor up the speed
Good and how about you
Looks like a great new toy...err shop tool. Nice going bud. Looks like you need to do some electrical work and get some outlets to the other side of the shop. You need to run a ethernet cable from your router down to the shop so you have internet/wi-fi...you'll need a 2nd wi-fi enabled router but pretty easy to do. New wallet kind of reminds me of a biker wallet. Looks great, nice work.
Hey ,,Whats the brand of your new sewing machine? What did that set you back? 👍👍👍
Techsew silinder arm #2700 and I almost forgot to sew the top of the shieth
Looks Good Buddy,,, A little trouble hearing you. But once you get bigger you can invest in a good microphone. What will your checkbook sell for? Thanks Bill....
Thanks bill and I'll got for $45, I haven't put it in to production yet though. This was a custom order but I'm definitely considering putting it in to production and selling them on my etsy page
The bi-fold wallet you made for me works great, after many weeks it'll start to loosen up. It'll last decades due to the heavy leather used. Any plans on making Traveler's style notebooks? Those seem to be selling very well all over the place.
Do you mean field notes? And possibly I've thought about it. Other than the wallets and cardholders I finally got up on etsy and the custome orders I occasionally get. I've been testing out a lot of new products and still have many more ideas to put to work on top of that. So yes most likely but I'm gonna be building and adding stuff to the product line for a few years so I still gotta ways to go👍
@@LegacyLeatherwork.9087 Field notes would be one great option, others would be the passport and regular size. Checkout Traveler's Notebook company and see what I'm referring to. www.travelers-company.com/. I have one of their passport size notebooks, and I have a couple other brands as well as a field notes version as well. They're all about the same LOL.
Trey, I believe the idea behind this keychain style is to attach to your belt for easy quick access to your keys so you don't have to dig through your pocket. One other option would be a small carabiner in the place of that rein snap for easier key removal and insertion. Heavy duty purse LOL. Better use some light weight leather, you know women love to throw 20+ pounds of crap in their purse HAHA!!
Ik it can be used for hanging off your belt but I'm used to keeping mine in my pocket lol and the key piece helps a lot or at least for me. But yeah you can use it for putting on your belt. And the keys I got on their are for my truck 😂 cuz the one I used for the video was the one I use. And it can hold a lot lol I also use the same hardware for out bag straps, thanks for the suggestion 👍
@@LegacyLeatherwork.9087 Today's cars don't have keys anyways LOL. They have a bloated fob/proximity sensor, and so many sizes and styles as well. So keychains today are becoming a house key holder LOL. Maybe phone cases would get some sales too, make them for iphones and the samsung galaxy to start, they're the most popular phones. You would have to get some pretty thin leather though I'd think for that?
Looking good. Is it completely natural, or did you treat it with anything? Conditioner, wax, top coat?
I made it out of natural veg tan tooling leather and yes I put a coat of mink oil over the top of it to keep it hydrated. That's the reason why it gained the nice tan color to it. But that's just an experiment for my own personal use. The ones we sell aren't treated with anything, stair natural veg tan leather wallets. Go and see the part one I posted on this a couple months ago and that should tell you the rest 😁
Nice Video, Im needing a new Phone so as soon as I get that Im going to start making some video's of Leather work to post on the makers V Blog ... And as for making a wallet upside down... we've all done something like that. It happens,, Ive seen Makers with 25 years experience put their maker mark upside down...hahahaha... So I thought that was cool you added that to your video...
Thanks and best of luck making leather videos, the hardest part for me is finding the right camera angle so my heads not in the way or my arm😂
Oh hey coltina and treyyy
Oh nice video
Have you seen any of the others?
@@LegacyLeatherwork.9087 yea pls send me your Hangouts
