Session 5 on my 1999 R1. Managed to get some GPS data overlay onto this one, but it goes a bit haywire towards the end. Still video shows me doing 1067mph on the exit of Bobbies!

South West Bikers private track day on my 1999 R1, final session of the day. Steady improvement through the day, on my first visit here. Started at about 58 sec lap time, and managed a 51.88 in this final session with most laps in late 52 or early 53.

You were right that I could watch my good and bad bits on this one as you hunt me down. It was a great day. Note to oneself, brake less for quarry and Tower. See you next year on track.
Enjoyed watching myself chase you down in this one. Got a little close through the chicane on one of the latter laps. Is it cheeky to pass you going in to Avon Rise after the flag 😂
Jason, thanks so much for putting this up ! I am the cbr1000rr rider in this vid. I had tyre warmers on for most of the day, but not for that season! First laps I was fighting with cold, under inflated tyres, and the second half; too much pressure as I got some heat in. Having said all of that it is very clear I have a lot of work to do on lines,braking and I still got plently of lean left to do ! Many thanks once again, and hope to see you on the track again soon !
