I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANY SEALY CHEAPO INFERIOR MATTRESS. I CAN FEEL THE SPRING COIL AT ALL THE SIDES OF THE MATTRESS. AS IF THE SIDES HAD NO PADDING ONLY A THIN CLOTH COVERING IT!!!!! I NEVER SEEN A BRANDED PRODUCT CUT CORNER AND FEELS CHEAPO THEN UNKNOWN BRAND!!! THE SEALY BEDFRAME ALSO HAS CRACKING SOUND SINCE DAY 1, AND DESPITE EXCHANGE 3 TIMES, THE BED FRAME PROBLEM PERSIST AND THE SERVICE TEAM STOP ANSWERING MY CALL. SADLY MY COUNTRY NO RETURN POLICY!!!!!

But how can 738miracoil be firm hard matress.. Orthopedic mattresses supposed to be hard foam or pockets
Miracoil mattresses can be firm. This type of spring just responds differently to your body, compared with pocket springs or foam. But will still offer firm support, if that is the firmness of the mattress
Is it super firm like hard as a plank of wood?
Not quite that hard, but it is firm and supportive. If that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest the Ortho Dream Star by Silentnight

Our mattress is too hard and is causing joint pain we would not recommend this expensive item against cheaper memory foam
Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your mattress. It can take your body a few weeks to get used to a new mattress, because they are often so different to the one you were previously sleeping on. We sell this mattress in three different firmnesses, softer, medium and firmer. Do you remember what firmness you purchased?
@@MattressOnline Yes we purchase the mattress in April 2019 as a medium it arrived as a medium firm we complained to the shop at the time and typically was told to let it settle months later we contacted the manufacturer Silent night who said turn it every couple of months we now sleep on our sons cheap memory foam mattress as the bed we originally purchased is like sleeping on concrete in some areas as it has a strong resistance to the body the other parts have large indentations that make the body sink in unwanted areas. As I have suffered with hip joint problems for over a year now and the x-rays I have recently had came back with no definitive explanation we have resorted to using the above said item. The miropocket 3000 has not lived up to its expectations and is far too hard and uncomfortable to offer a relaxed sleep the showroom bed was nothing like the delivered item.
@@ianparkin7405 they offer like a month or more free to try and you can just send it back. Should have just sent it back. I had the same issue with medium so went with the soft and didbt regret it at all.
