My dentist did not tell me this could happen. I only found out at later when my nose started bleeding. It is now day 7 tomorrow and I have a huge hole in my sinus. Air is just freely flying through. I am homeless with limited funds. How can I fix this at home? How about quick heal collagen gel plus liquid bandage? I feel like I should just poke the hell out of it and cause another blood clot but that might just get sucked into my sinus I assume if I can not really seal up the outside. There is no way I will allow someone to slice my mouth open elsewhere to fix this. Dentist already messed up enough. My gum is still open so can I just rinse with betadine and fill with collagen wound gel and seal it up with liquid bandage? Going on a week already not eating regular food. Surviving on ice cream. Dentist already looked at it second time and was not concerned at all about me.
