Good luck with the build man! My evo still in stock form for 7 years and some minor bolt ons making 350 whp and 350 wtq. Tuned by Chris Carbee still going strong no problem. Im planning on going E85 flex fuel kit, fuel system, and bigger turbo upgrade in the near future but dang Evo is too expensive to mod. I should have just kept my 95 honda eg hatchback. Dang it.! But yeah man good to see the evo is back!

I had a similar problem when my spark plug tip blew from the base and the tip went inside my turbine. Then the tip bend up the turbine blades. Intersesting when you said the valve came down and disintegrate in combustion chamber. Did the whole entire valve came down with the valve stem?

Honestly keep it. In the last few months the evos values have only been increasing. Swap in another motor, maybe just build it this time, thats what i decided to do with mine. I feel like one day itll just be a jdm legend like the supra's and gtr's. Rip evo
