They are not fuses there are breakers. Cheap ones at that. And they are miss placed. But good setup, but need impoverishments for safety not over heating or fire hazards. Just do not use heavy draws or you will see the problems

AN EXCELLENT VIDEO. I HAVE HAD MY GENERATOR A SHORT WHILE AND FIND IT TO BE EXCELLENT. I HOWEVER FIND CHANGING THE OIL NEEDLESSLY DIFFICULT IN TERMS OF REMOVING AND ESPECIALLY REINSTALLING THE OIL PLUG. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO REACH THE OIL PLUG HOLE WITH MY HAND TO REINSTALL THE PLUG AND BE ABLE TO HAND TIGHTEN THE PLUG TO AVOID CROSS TREADING IT PRIOR TO TIGHTENING WITH MY WRENCH. THE BLUE PLASTIC ACCESS OPENING SHOULD BE LARGER TO LESSEN THE STRUGGLE DURING OIL CHANGES.

To mount you can buy rails that will let you actual mount into a beam not just into thin wood and also will keep your wires off your roof.

Isn't it 150w input max for the 12/24v 40A rover? How will 200w fare? This isn't really the kit for series in parallel. The 60A goes to 48v, not sure of watts.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Westinghouse had nothing to do with the production of this generator. Westinghouse consumer products no longer exist as an entity except in a trademark that anyone (including you if you have enough money) can license and use. All consumer products with Westinghouse name on it is used under license. Westinghouse consumer products died in the 1970's. It's the same with other well-known US manufacturers such as RCA and GE. The names are used under license and the products are made by the Chinese. General Electric washers dryers and refrigerators are now owned by the Chinese. Some are still made in Louisville Kentucky. I foresee that production being shipped to China sometime in the future.

I can't get my renogy 40a charge controller to keep my batteries at 14.7 volts. Most I can get is 13.4v. WTF? And I have 600w of panels. Help!
