Such a disappointment to not have the original ending. This movie is a classic and to change the original ending or any part of this movie is an injustice to this film.

Cool custom! I used a Power Beacon Batman for my Panther Suit custom. Had to use filler and sand the chest out. Custom sticker for the emblem. Never thought about using a Clooney figure. Thats awesome!

I don't give a CRAP about the original ending. The Susan death ending is THE best ending and I am perfectly fine with it.

I was never into the whole variant figure scheme, I always just wanted the classic "accurate" design. That gold tech suit version though, yeah I would have had that if I was into Batman at this point, such a clean look.

I just got a confirmation from an Arrow customer service rep that the original ending "couldn’t be included in this release". To say this is a huge disappointment would be an understatement. I guess it's Warner refusing to release it.

I would love to see the original ending. If something as bad as Jaws the Revenge can get its original ending in 4k, surely Deep Blue Sea can as well!

Why do all the action figure toy commercials like the Batman toy commercials pull off the toy city backgrounds for those particular commercials and not in real life? That's exactly what I want to know.

It's a crime in itself the way that the character Susan was treated and I know the actress who played her got a ton of hate and neither her character nor the actress deserve it! The character Susan was acting so selflessly trying to discover the cure for Alzheimer's in the film and she didn't deserve any of the hate from the rest of the characters in the movie let alone any of the asshole testing audience that demanded her character to die! And the fact that the director allowed those bloodthirsty demands to warp his original vision for the film is the crime in itself! Knowing That Susan had way more footage of her that would have humanized her to the audience and especially with the ending the original way it was filmed would have been able to give her character a Redemption Arc that she definitely deserved! She was not a nefarious villain by any means, she was desperate to get the cure to the world and she was racing against the clock to do so because the Rich corporate assholes behind the boardroom desk that didn't want to give her more time to do things the right way! Sure she cut corners but her intentions were pure and she actually got the results in the first place! If the accident didn't happen where the guy got his arm bit off by the shark and then the helicopter crashed, they would have actually been able to do the proper testing under the right ways without violating any policies and they would have been able to show the world The Cure to alzheimer's!

I'm completely with you! I think it's such a crime against humanity that this movie has gotten snubbed in all the different ways that it has! Not only did it give us Samuel Jackson and LL Cool J in the movie but it also gave us the Punisher and this movie is definitely not as cheesy as people try to claim it is I've seen the second deep blue sea in that one is straight dog shit! I saw the original Deep Blue Sea in theaters and I still watch it all the time now on digital version on my Vudu library and I believe it deserves more respect than it's ever gotten! It definitely deserves the 4K release and all of the additional footage that has been cut needs to be included with the release and the original ending! I've seen plenty of great artwork that could be commissioned to this release and somebody mentioned the Scream Factory could put out a great steelbook edition of this in the 4K format, the petition has even gotten attention from Thomas Jane the actor and the director of the film! The original testing audience deserves to be taken to the oceans and fed to the sharks! It's their fault that we've never seen the original ending on any DVD or UA-cam channel! There's been shittier movies that have gotten more attention than this! I feel the same way about the seriousness of the movie, it was a great film then and it still is today in 2024

With the exception of Hicks, Vazquez, O'Malley, and Arachnid Alien (not to be confused with the Queen Facehugger), I had all of the 90s Alien Vs. Predator Kenner toys, including the mail order-only Ambush Predator. Action figures were built tough back then; not a single one ever broke or developed defects. Sadly, my mom sold them all in a garage sale while I was off at college.

I just ordered 2 of these. I had the original back in the day and honestly, it's my least favorite of the Han Solo. I used to remove the trenchcoat to get the classic Han Solo look.
