@@securityicam8306 How did you scale 4K to 8K. What does scaling mean in camera term?

@@mickcarson8504 Scaling is done in video editing software, basically stretches same video into bigger resolution size. No increase in detail. Your FHD TV does it automatically when you have non HD content shown at full screen, similarly a 4K TV does the same with FHD content at full screen :) . This video is not shot using true 8K.

@@mickcarson8504 I didn't want to replay to this message but there we go. Maybe camera is clear, but it's 4k (8MP) not 8K. Definitely is not AXIS as I work with those cameras every day and they do not make 8K yet. 8K contains 32MP !!. The highest resolution that AXIS offers is Axis Q1659 with 20MP sensor with 5472x3648 resolution for about $4900 without lens. The date, time and camera number on the video lets me believe that is a Chinese brand camera, like hikvision or Dahua or one of their copies. Reading the title of this video, i believed user made a mistake by typing 8k instead 8MP, but title definitely says horizontal resolution 7680. The only camera that closely matches this resolution would be 7K H4 Pro camera by Avigilon (7360x4128). The only 8K cameras on the market right now are Panoramic cameras with multi 2k-4k sensors (lenses), like for example Hikvision DS-2CD6984G0-IH

I am fed up with these low resolution H.264/1080, HD... crap. You can't see clearly in these cheap shits. The video above is great quality. Better than 1080, HD blah blah, blah. I've just wasted money.
