Healthy Grilled Chicken Salad 🥗
For Chicken Marination
Chicken Breast - 1
Giger + Garlic + Pepper Crushed - 1 TBSP
Chilliflakes - 1TBSP
Thyme - 1 - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp
Olive Oil - for cooking chicken and 1tbsp for marination
Salt
Vegetables for Salad
Iceberg Lettuce 1
Tomato -1 or 2
Bellpepper -1
Onion - 1
Pistachios/Any nuts - 1 handful
For Salad Dressing
Mayonnaise - 3 TBSP
Curd - 1TBSP
Dark Soya Sauce -1 tsp
Mustard Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1 handful
