cold approach is advertised as this super masculine and confident thing to do - it really is the dumbest thing, a fantasy from movies. it is much better to find a third space/place where you can engage with women who want to be approached. you also don't want to show your cards directly (can i have your number, you're so beautiful, etc.). you have to build up the seduction. some PUA advice is useful, but cold direct approach at the gym, supermarket, street corner, etc. is the biggest waste of time.

Simple things, like, talking, making yourself breakfast etc. Speaking of the latter, what helped me a lot in staying in better shape is a good diet. Minimum processed foods.
