@@susanralph274 Sounds like a nightmare for sure. Without a lot more context I don't have a specific answer. However, I would say that you can't necessarily control what type of dreams you have. What you may have some control over is what type of choices you make while awake. Exercise any and all spiritual disciplines while awake, pray (as continually as possible in an ongoing conversation , worship, study, journalling (especially dream details,) give, serve, sabbath, witness, and any and all other disciplines including self-control and any others commanded in Scripture you are familiar with. Remember disciplines are intentional, scheduled, and important. Disciplines you involve yourself in right before sleep will probably help during dreams. You can play scripture while you are sleeping and your subconscious mind will hear it. If by some chance you have not given your life to Christ you can do so right now by inviting Him to take over. Definitely say the name Jesus, get plugged into a Bible teaching Bible preaching, God-focused church and be faithful. Jesus is Lord of your dreams but stressors can affect your subconscious mind while you are sleeping including even evil spirits. Consider adjusting entertainment choices to focus on the pure (Phillipians 4) if you are not already. Bottom-line, I do not know your circumstances specifically but if you are not a Christian (you and God Know) you can repent of sins and pray to receive Him now. If you are already a Christian you can take this as a challenge and by focusing on Kingdom disciplines and lifestyle choices that honor God, win the day.
