Would never live on that side. The afternoon sun and heat through the balcony glass is fierce and would force you to have blockout blinds, negating the view until after sunset

Where are you supposed to put a sofa and tv? Or a dining table? Or fit a queen size bed? Balcony is so narrow you can’t put a chair out there. It’s a $900k prison
Wow. The Asians flocking to Australia have the most bizarre taste. Why are there pillars in two of the bedrooms? From a design point of view, they look awful. The "study space" is impractical. I don't understand how anyone over the age of 12 could have chosen to design an apartment this way. Australians want quality, not cheaply built apartments... Australians want to know that their home will last multiple generations, particularly if they plan on passing their home down to their children and grandchildren. Australia is not Asia! We don't need poorly constructed Chinese apartments in our country! Also, what is with the view? It is a view of nothing but low-density suburbia... you can't really see any city views in this video. I'm shocked at how poor this property is!
I don't know what everyone is complaining about. What do you expect? Two bedrooms with harbour views for only 930,000 an absolute bargain.. in Sydney. There's a large construction nearby to me and I saw a lot workers leaving and walking to the nearby train station. I won't say what race they were but they looked very unfamiliar with and very uncomfortable being dressed in construction industry clothing.
Nice view of the mangroves and estuary that this shit hole was built on , anyone who has lived in Sydney long enough can tell you this place was all mangroves and swamp prior to Sydney Olympic games . Up until the 90's this area always stunk of gas and industry . This building was a waste of laundered Chinese drug money .
1:34 "There's the balcony as well"... built to Australian standards to be way below an adult's centre of gravity, very convenient for wingsuit and BASE jumpers. 2:03 have we still not invented smoke detectors that don't chirp annoyingly every few minutes just to tell you they're still working? 6 months after video ends: "Crack!" followed by plaster falling off walls.
i just put a new battery in my smoke alarm and i thought fuck cheap bloody batteries - then i saw your comment its on THIS VIDEO not in my house haha - yes good point about the balcony dodgy place to live

Is the owner interested in selling?
Scary living this building 😳
Is this the building with crack defects?
Location?
What a spectacular view and location!
Nice tour
whats the price
How can a balcony be at ground level? It's a bloody patio. And you'd have the blinds down 24/7 for privacy from people passing by outside.

Hey, I would like to enquire if this apartment is still available.
Is this Syydney Olympic Apartment?
Thank you for making public videos they are very helpful
Nice unit
"low-maintenance garden" is absolute bullshit. It's an extremely high-maintenance garden, especially with the gradients.
Is this house Leased?
sorry it is leased already
@@syrealtyadmin95 Then why put it on?

We need more European style medium density, less of this high rise nonsense, especially in areas surrounded by low-density suburbs!
$900k for that ?

Never ever go back in, even if the authorities insist it is safe. Get your money back and buy a small house somewhere in Sydney.

Dusko Strbac I say man, just sue the developers meh.

It is more like a concrete-reinforced metal cage.

I bought a place there. Everytime I put an orange on the kitchen bench it rolls off. Why is that?
Audi e-tron we all know by now
It could be the kitchen cabinet or the stonebenchtop didnt leveling well when got installed.
Get out of there. The building is gonna collapse
If you listen carefully you will hear a cracking noises at 32 seconds
I couldn't hear it.
