You’re posting, being authentic and being true to who you are and that’s a great thing. If you want to tell ghost stories, then tell them! Anything you are passionate about can be put into a good video. You’re talking about being 27 and being home with family still and wanting to move out, mental health being affected. There’s sooooo many people in your situation who would watch that! You’ve got all the ingredients - including a great look and vibe - for success. Post anything and everything - throw everything at the wall and eventually something will stick and you’ll be noticed ❤ it takes times but you’ll get there 😊
@@itsLewisLynch I feel like people won't wanna hear about mental health or my struggles. People have got it way worse than me. I'd post what I want and about me and mental health but I may lose subs and views.
@ you’ll be surprised, on a different channel I had a video about mental heath and it had 2000 views in the first 3 days. You’ve just got to try and trust the process. Yeah there will always be people worse off than you, people will always wanna compare notes so to speak about mental health. Try a video and see. 5 tips to ease mental health or something. Could be a good shout. Just remember the tags or nobody will see it
@ I’ll be doing a few more mental health videos too but not moaning about how hard I find it but using my experience to help others in a similar place. Try that too if you want 👍

It sucks coz i think those grenade bars have a lot of sugar in....and white choc itself i think has a lot of sugar also apparently which is why its so sweet. See if they make sugar free versions.....though be aware of course that sugar free foods often contain sweeteners to replace the sugar....and excessive consumption of sweeteners can cause laxative effects
@@RemoKnightNo1 Thank you for that. Don't worry I did research before having them. But the sugar in them gives me the sugar intake I'm missing in my diet so I think I'm okay. Plus I only really have 2 thirds of the bar anyway.
Do UA-cam for you 😊 show people your interests and don’t forget to do the tags/hashtags when you upload the videos. Tattoos and WWE are a great start to get the views and subscribers. I’m gobsmacked seeing some of your videos saying “no views” because you’re very relatable 😊

@ when you upload a video it’s got description and down in the depths of it all is tags 🏷️ you type in like wwe and enter. Then tattoos etc all the separate tags you can think of and that will get you found quicker. Shorts (for me anyway) only seem to show tags after I’ve uploaded which seems pointless (hence why I never do shorts lol)

What do you think of the sound of your own voice? Sounds good to me, when I hear myself recorded it sounds terrible. It doesn't sound anything like what I hear in my head.

It's just I grew up being heavily bullied and up until recent years til it stopped. Just don't want it happening again. It's made me a huge worrier unfortunately. I'll try my best to ignore it.

Not a doctor, in no way a medical professional. Suffered with a binge eating disorder my whole adult life, if you feel like your relationship with food is unhealthy, which it seems it is, you should speak to your GP. Ask them if they can refer you to your local mental health team as you would like to be assessed for an eating disorder. Even if you don't come out of it with a diagnosis, they may still provide you with helpful strategies or resources to help repair your relationship with food and your body. Mental and physical health are both so important, please take care of yourself. It does seem to me like you're exhibiting signs of an eating disorder and potentially body dysmorphia from what you've said in this vlog, but like i said i'm not a medical professional and would recommend you reach out to your local services. Protein shakes can be great if you're not eating enough through the day, just please be careful to not fall into the trap of a liquid diet because you'll make youreself ill. They can be expensive to just get the premade ones, I'd recommend getting it in the powder form in holland and barret or even tesco or something, you usually pay about £15-20 for a big tub and you just scoop it with milk, it can also be used with oat milk or really any other milk suppliment. I get the tesco own brand oat milk it's like £1.50 for a 1L carton and they can be pantry stored for up to 4 weeks if you bulk shop. Oat milk, almond milk all those no-titty milks are great and usually cheaper lactose free options. Any dairy suitable for vegans will work as a replacement for dairy. Eating a light breakfast doesn't affect your weigh one way or another, people say it 'kick starts' your metabolism, that's untrue. It will however stop your resting fast but will also start your digestion system for the day. Fruit, yogurts, smoothies, all stuff like that is great for a light breakfast, or hell even a protein shake if that's what helps you. You might feel sluggish at first if you don't normally eat in the morning but after around a week you should see a spike in your daily energy levels. What you started saying around 19:00 onwards makes me believe even more that you're suffering from body dysmorphia, which can lead to/result in traits of or entire eating disorders. Usually, if you have one it is very likely that you have the other. Try not to marry your scales btw, your weight will naturally fluctuate throughout the day, and even through the week. It's completely expected to gain/drop a couple of lbs a day. You'll always be lighter if you weigh in the morning as your body has just fasted for however long you were in bed, and you will most definitely be heavier at night due to factors like, water intake, food intake, bloating, and just completely natural normal things, but these lbs will likely drop off by the morning. Weighing yourself regularly, or 'marrying your scale' can be very unhealthy if you are sufferring from a disorder, as slight gains are likely to impact your mental health negatively and make you feel like you're failing/gaining weight, even though you're not and it's just fluctuation. A 1/2lb loss feels amazing, but on the opposite end of the spectrum, a 1/2lb gain feels like the end of the world. Hope this makes sense? I personally wont keep scales in my house because I became obsessive over the number. Now instead I go to boots once a month and pay to weigh myself on the machine there. I understand the want to track your weight journey though, and that maybe a month seems long. I could suggest maybe you pick a day once a week to weigh yourself. If you work Mon-Fri weigh on a Friday morning once you're at the peak of your steps for the week and before you've had any weekend treats like alcohol or a cheeky takeaway. Weighing regularly and with longer space between allows for you to see the bigger losses, and also show you that you're actually achieving your goals instead of stepping on hoping for a loss, seeing a gain and feeling like you've completely failed. The scale is not your best friend and you should not marry it, that's what Joey is there for. Well done for taking steps and making changes that you want/feel you need to make. Also really great knowing your fiance is listening and supporting you. Really looking forward to watching your health journey and seeing you eventually hopefully learn to love yourself.
