Beautiful locomotive.

Oy! I missed the live stream. Out hanging with friends and got home late. I caught up with it today, though. Some great content and running. Happy Thanksgiving!

I put one of those Lionel MPC electronic horn boards and the speaker in my Lionel MPC Southern Pacifac Alco FA dummy A unit and it works perfectly. Thank you for sharing this and as always Happy Railroading!!!!

FastTrack has served me well for many years. The switches can be a little finicky. Being that Super O is how I was weened along I guess that isn't saying much

To me, I think that Atlas track is tops I do have MTH railking on my layout, but if i had to do it all over again I would do Atlas track .🤔

This is my favorite Locomotive and one day all buy one. I bought one but I had to return it cos it didnt work. I was very sad

Very nice set , I have newer mth steam engines and my great grandma handed down this set to me with a zw transformer and I sent it up following the instructions from the transformer and when I put power to it the lights get bright but doesn’t move it buzzes I’m not sure if that’s normal and not sure why it’s not moving please and thank you looking for advice and don’t want to damage the unit or transformer

Very nice! That is a sweet car, for sure. The station sounds are pretty good, actually. It goes real nicely with the 'Geep', along with the other Texas Special cars and they would also look really gorgeous behind a set of E's of F's. It is certainly a great car, all the way around and would be a fine addition to any layout. An excellent video, as always.

So cool! It is a very nice locomotive and it looks very good at the head of those passenger cars. As usual, the first bell and horn are always the most prototypical. The Texas Special livery is a fine scheme. I've been looking for the AMT Texas Special passenger cars for many years, but they are Hen's Teeth. An excellent video, as always.

That was cool catch Mike. I was playing this on the radio (eyes were on the road) while driving home while approaching a crossing. The audio came in so realistic I thought the gates malfunctioned 😂.
