I agree. Or even them walking away together. Though the ending that we got just seems to fit better. I'm glad they decided to scrap him throwing the fight.
@@sceneteam The canon ending makes the most sense is by far the best, since it gives Adrian and Rocky the happy enging they deserved and also set up the hospital scene where Apollo challenges Rocky to a rematch. If the movie didn't have a sequel though, the walking away scene would've been both beautiful and absolutely perfect to end the story of Rocky, the greatest underdog ever.

The problem with Shaft being a descendant of Broomhilda von Shaft is that Broomhilda would have taken her husband, Django's last name.

@@sceneteam Even if the mother's last name is different from the father's, children normally get their father's last name. I don't think Quentin Tarantino thought this through. He also messed up on the dates. 1858 was three years before the Civil War, not two. Ft. Sumter was attacked on April 12, 1861.
Very good points. When I first read about the link to Shaft I thought that it was either a joke or something that he just randomly said. But it seems like he was serious. So yea I agree, I don't think he thought the entire thing through.

I completely agree. It was constantly played in my house every Christmas when I was growing up. I'd even go to say that it's the best Christmas movie, though I'm sure others would disagree .

@@canadaman6191 Linnie, Kate, Peter and Buzz are the only nice people. Kate and Peter are willing to give up a vacation to go home, there is a deleted scene with Linnie talking about family, and Buzz is nice to him at the end of each movie (1-2; 4).
Frank has proven to be an ass in the movies without the deleted scene.

That deleted scene is what truly shows as to how mean of a guy that Frank was.

Home Alone is on its 32nd Anniversary
I've seen the deleted scenes many times myself truly I like the how the Wet Bandits go so well together
Actually the original Home Alone deleted scenes can be accessed on any Dvd including the 4K release back when it hit the 30th Anniversary. Now Home Alone Lost in New York has many scenes missing including Kevin jumping on a trampoline. Sadly no one cares for that
