28:00 I don't know if that happened somewhere else but before the update, matchmaking was sending American players into Brazilian servers for some reason, it got to the point that I had to fight an entire team with people over 150 ping, I have never seen the matchmaker do that before, what shitty ass broken system

Freeze Tag is really fun in Quake Live, but hardly seems like a good fit for tf2. Seems like another instance of trying to transplant a game mode from a completely different game like Pass time being just a worse version of Unreal 2004 bombing run.

Perks feels like the best version of arena mode in my opinion. It’s fast and the fun is messing with the abilities more than anything. It’s still clunky but really fun if you get a full game.

Context on the Stalker 2 Season Pass. From what I heard it isn’t like a battlepass where you slowly build up stuff, more so you get 2 story expansions and access to any future dlc. It’s included with the ultimate edition which also gives you a digital art book, the soundtrack, and additional costumes and weapon skins for the single player and the upcoming multiplayer.

Every time I hear that things got worse after the End Of The Line update just makes me think that that update truly was end of the line for the tf2 we knew and loved. And as someone who was there I have to agree with that thought which is kinda funny but also kinda sad when you think about it

Honestly I have a rule set for cosmetics I think we can all agree on, Zesty mightve had this rule set or something similar in mind so hear me out: 1. Keep it simplistic. A cosmetic should not be exaggerated based of the original idea you had nor should it be something that looks good by itself. 2. If it can be colored, keep it small and not 50 percent of the cosmetic. 3. Make sure it looks good with multiple other types of existing cosmetics. 4. Keep the base team clothing colors on the cosmetic if its a shirt or pant cosmetic (The Smoking Jacket is a perfect example of why this is on this list.) 5. Try to keep in mind of the existing cosmetics we have in game so you dont accidently recreate one thats already in game, this happens all the time with shirt cosmetics. 6. Keep it similar to the artstyle of Team Fortress 2 as best as you can. Too many wrinkles or details can make it look like its not for the game at all. 7. If you can't see the mercenary/character wearing it or having a reason to wear it, then it shouldn't be in the workshop to begin with. 8. Valve is the only ones allowed to add in joke cosmetics, YOU are not, no matter how enticing adding brainrot content can be. 9. Keep the cosmetic at a reasonable size, do not use the Monoculus or other big hats that Valve added in the game an excuse for this rule. 10. Valve can add in cosmetics that are referencing a real life existing thing, YOU can not. 11. Try to keep a cosmetic somewhat unique, having a cosmetic that removes an already existing item on the character in the game is something Valve has done and is something ONLY Valve can do. That and it feels mediocre. 12. And last but not least, try to keep public traction thats outside of the workshop, away from your submitted cosmetic. This final rule is something that i can agree with on that Zesty brought up: intentional gain of public traction for a cosmetic and or multiple of these is kind of unfair to people that are submitting cosmetics that they worked on for weeks or months even. Thats about all I can think of for a rule set for cosmetics, or hell all types of submissions for the TF2 workshop. I hope you agree on some or I hope most of these rules I made up Zesty and I hope to see other workshop submitters keep these in mind!
