a late response but i'm gonna say my idea. now i never used the diamond back, and i fucking suck at spy, but if the spy getting crits so easily and just doming people, with said crits, is the problem why not give the diamond back a meter? every backstab and successful building sapped and destroyed fills the meter a little, and once it fills up the spy gains a crit, then the meter empties so they can build up to another and use them whenever. that seems fine that way spy can still be rewarded for doing their job, but its not an instant reward. idk im just spit balling an idea, at first i just thought that, "he gets crits but once he swaps to the db that he has to use them, cause switching off would make him lose those accumulated crits" but i don't know if that's too punishing or not. i'm curious as to what anyone else thinks of this idea i thought of rewatching the vid.

I am almost CERTIAN the only reason this is Halloween restricted is to try and say it’s the same thing as the Kriegshund head for Medic. However, I really don’t consider the Kriegshund as a “furry” cosmetic. 1. It’s not really a “furry” style, it’s about as “realistically stylized” as TF2 cosmetics come. 2. I’m pretty sure it’s based on that one science experiment where they were sewing dog’s heads into other dogs bodies, and Medic being a sort of mad scientist it fits. 3. The rest of the set fits well.

I was perusing loadout.tf and I never realized just how bloated this game is with shitty warpaints. First of all, 50% are Christmas themed, 30% are Halloween themed, with the final 20% having maybe a single digit amount of good ones. I like team colored stuff, and sleek stuff like Graphite Gripped and Secret Serviced, it makes the weapons still look like weapons. Most of the warpaints feel like they use limescout logic of "LOOK AT ME! I'M BRIGHT AND GARISH!" Also the process of making my beloved strange weapons painted is so needlessly costly, and so cancerous it actually made me hate Valve more just learning about it. I was so excited I was gonna make my Loch n Load Graphite Gripped, and my Iron Bomber and Tomislav Secret Serviced. That is not the simple process it should be...

I love Strigoi Stare so much. It gives me Charles Bronson vibes.

Just a thought about the diamond back. What if instead of crits for backstabbing and sapping, it instead gets faster firing speed but only for the stacks youve built from backstabbing and sapping? Keep the rest of the weapon as is.

Actually the bleach ending could be different considering that we already had a lot of positive changes in the tousand year blood war, and the next cour which is the 4th, is said to have at least half of it so like 6-7 episodes of only new content which is a huge amount considering its anime only and made to fix the story, also we already know that with the success of the anime the hell arc will most likely continue or we could get the light novels animated first and then it will give time for kubo to work on hell arc so the fact that you said the "ending" was bad is an incorrect statement since we have a new arc already but its only 7 chapters as of now placing foundation for the new content to be created love your content btw and continue to have hope in bleach, we bleach fans hoped for 10 years for the anime to come back and it did while others laughed, so dont lose hope

Only about half way in, but I'll edit this if I look like a doofus. The Starboard Crusader is the only part that really over plays it's hand as a reference. The Tsar Platinum, while better jackets are out there sure, It's decent on it's own and can work with other cosmetics without being clear a Jojo reference. Like, give the Tsar Platinum name to the hat and give the jacket something like...I dunno the Starboard Shell Jacket and people wouldn't notice it as a reference. As one who uses the the set, I did like the original blank version it had. It should be brought back as the base style.

Since this is the third time I’ve seen this balance video (the original, and now two reactions) and I finally realize what it reminds me of. This is a savior complex, or at least an “I can fix it” mentality. The very obvious ways in which these changes are self contradictory mean that either this person hasn’t thought through their changes or doesn’t have much experience balancing games. That’s okay on its own, everyone has to start somewhere and game balance isn’t something lots of people have skills in. The problem comes from his certainty. That he’s discovered the way the fix these weapons. The way he frames his arguments and opinions just comes off as insufferable know-it-allisms. I can picture him mansplaining my job to me despite being the new hire. I don’t wish him any harm, and I hope he doesn’t give up on being creative, but I suggest possessing a working knowledge of your subject matter before poking the internet with a stick.

Instead of hitscan, make it shoot small explosive projectile that would deal max ~60dmg (with dmg falloff). With lots of negative attributes, so stock revolver should be always better at medium range. Fires special explosive projectile +15% damage bonus +50% projectile speed -20% clip size -20% firing speed -20% reload speed -30% explosion radius Of course, this needs some testing and tweaking...

I made heavy tourism and when it was added I wanted to submit a new style for it without the camera, but that was right around the time they stopped adding new styles for items. I still would, but their stance is hardline - it affects the economy when items get changed, so they do no changes after the first month of an item being in the game, aside from necessary bugfixes if they're not fixed in the first month but like yeah I agree, the camera was kind of a bone-headed forced inclusion, and I wish I'd made a style for it at the time before it was added - but in 2016, valve consistently *didn't* add styles to items even if those styles were already on the workshop, so everyone kind of just assumed that making styles was a pointless effort. unfortunate era :\

So I did some background check on TheWhat's TF2 stats on Steam, and here's what I've seen: Because he doesn't have the badge that tells us when he actually started playing, his earliest achievements are dated 2nd of July 2011. This means he got the game right in the midst of the Uber Update. Around 40-50% of his achievements were done in 2011, as per any TF2 players who usually get the majority of the achievements around the same time they get the game. His most active period seems to start around 2017 or 2018, of course we all know what updates were released in those years. Frankly, I think this raises more questions as to why he looks down on people who wanted to return the game to at least its original intended playable state. He should've known and be aware of how drastically different the quickplay system was compared to the matchmaking system. Then again, he's a soyjack so what would I expect.
