I used braided hoses. I used 2 sets of them them they need to be made specifically for the car or do you mean something else

The original was a 1 litre with around 40bhp and this was as 100bhp and its a 1.4 its more fuel efficient better power. Overall a better engine the reason I used this engine is because you have to use a small block engine in these cars as taller engines need more fabrication work.

I thought the brakes dust came off the pads. I put cheap pads on for now so they is alot of dust that comes off them. I'm going to upgrade to ebc soon . The disc are fine I've had no issues with them the car was stood for 3 months and they is no major rust one them

Make sure you buy the adapter to fit the rear brake calipers you can get them off ebay for £20 I didnt show it in the video I don't think

@@AntherProjectCar01 no problem for that I don't think I'll put disk brakes in rear I'll just stay with drum brakes

i changed all 4 in the end i just didnt show it. it was just to show you how to do it

I need to check the wires to see if they is an issue with glo plug loom wiring. The car runs fine once warm you can turn of the engine management light once warm but comes back on again . Its just having time at the minute to do it while I'm doing an engine conversion on the polo

Im sure they are reasy 257mm discs on the 6n2 they are also on my 6n1 as well im not sure then

brake caliper carriers where £18each Wheel Hub £13 each Splash Panel, brake disc 10 each Wheel Bearing Kit was £5 each rear pads £14 rear discs £44 all of this was from autodoc i think it got lie 40% off when i ordered i wasnt in a rush so i waited for the 40% to come up then i ordered the mk4 calipers from ebay 34 for the set new and the adaptor for the handbrake cable was 20 from ebay i hope this helps i got it all new because i wanted all new you could get it all cheaper second hand apart from the mk4 calipers which ive only really seen for around 34 used so i didnt see the point spending money on getting them sand blasted and paining them for the same price i could get them new
