Sounds good but those whole seeds are a problem. I think it would be better to use powdered spices. The children keep taking out rhe seeds from their mouths - irritated- and they don't want to eat it again. Be considerate of our children.
After eating smell is also wonderful in our mouth

You can still make a tasty version of Roshun Er Bhorta with what you have! Here's a modified recipe: Ingredients: 2 tablespoons jarred chopped garlic 2-3 dried red chilies (or substitute with a small amount of red pepper flakes) 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt to taste Fresh coriander (optional for garnish) Instructions: Frying the Garlic: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry until golden brown and fragrant (about 3-5 minutes). Be careful not to burn it. Frying the Dried Red Chilies: Add the dried red chilies (or red pepper flakes) to the pan and lightly toast them until they darken. Making the Paste: In a bowl, mix the fried garlic and chilies into a paste using a spoon. Alternatively, you can use a mortar and pestle if you want a smoother consistency. Seasoning: Add salt to taste and mix well. Serving: Garnish with chopped fresh coriander if desired. Serve alongside rice or your meal. This simplified version will still deliver the rich garlicky flavor with a bit of heat from the dried chilies!

I'm bangladeshi 🇧🇩 & here's a similar vorta you can eat with roti/paratha/rice 1. Slice a onion 2. Fry some dried chili 3. Mash up the onion with chilies, mustard oil(in big amount) , lemon and salt Just thinking about it makes my hungry 🤤🥰

this video does not shown all. in Karnataka we Kannadiga make junaka by flour specially made for this purpose, add ತಮರಿನ್ದ್ and jaggery also. it will be very tasty.

You should try my sandwich recipe - take cabbage,little bit of onion, capcicum and chop them then fry it whith some oil only one table spoon and then add some mayonnaise and som salt origano chilli flakes and chilli powder then take 2 slice bread and spread some mayonnaise on them and aad the filling and then toast it I made this recipe by my own and i loved so iam sharing it
