    you don't NEED the coconut oil when you have cream cheese...so i only do cream cheese and eggs, coffee or cashew milk and half of both; water, ice, sweetener and try flavored syrups or cacao powder for chocolate.

    🥰👍🏆Sweetie, I’m SO IMPRESSED WITH YOUR PLAN…LOVE THE EGG FAST, BUT PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING…it comes with LOVE, and NOT AS A CRITICISM! Your HAIR AND NAILS MUST have The B vitamin BIOTIN…AND RAW EGG WHITE BLOCKS YOUR BODY’S USE OF BIOTIN. 😱 When I do my egg shakes I separate the raw egg WHITE out and just put in the yolk! I hope this helps…and by the way, the yolk all by itself, contains a lot of the really good stuff we need for Keto, especially the FAT.❤️

    Have you seen her December Calendar? I actually didn’t know about the January one until I saw her post that she did this month because she has been getting requests for another calendar all year LOL I think it’s actually a little easier, like 200 reps & 10 minute booty instead of 300 reps & 20 minute booty. I also learned that you can save the videos to a playlist - I put the next days in watch later and then pull it up on my TV so it’s a little less searching around. She also has better titles for December so they seem much easier to find. I just completed day 21 and I feel SO much better. Either way, January looks HARD and I appreciate your feedback after completing it, because I was on the fence about attempting it! :)

    I definitely always enjoy zero sugar dark chocolate a lot. Especially sugar free dark chocolate peanut butter cups. But I have to still take in small portions of it since it's still high in saturated fat due to cocoa butter.

    Nice review of the general service. We only ordered the three meal week and it worked well. Comparing the cost of shopping for three meals vs the Marley spoon we actually saved money and by using the three meal week we weren’t tied to having something from them every day. It felt like having “special” meals several times a week with the freedom to choose our own regular menu if we wanted to on the other days.

    Hey Sara! My friends and I are doing the challenge in May haha, so on your same wavelength about how it doesn't have to be done in January. I really admire your commitment and feel proud of you myself after watching this! I also didn't know her name until recently but learned it was Madison haha which makes sense now with "Mad"Fit.     I weigh 110 and lost 5 lbs on keto a l o n e...the weight fell off. I was only allowed 15 g of carb/day....I did this for 1 week and 5 lbs fell off. Keto works but its hard to stick to. You realized what a sugar addicted america we live in. So now I modified my carb to 30 g and piyo is a must.

    It seems like you drank all the kool aid. She is extremely dangerous is promoting MLMs and toxic positivity. You seem sweet but maybe check out her history outside of what she writes in her books or promotes. Check out munecat or savy writes books. They really create content about critical thinking and it’s importance when you come across these types of conferences/motivational content creators. All the best. 👌🏼
