My only words of encouragement, would be is that cooking is a practice. And when you cook for Christmas plan your meal out at the beginning of December, go through your recipes to make sure that you purchase everything that you need and have it in the refrigerator two weeks before hand ( not perishables )and then three days before Christmas dinner cut your vegetables ,have your cheese diced up if you want go ahead and boil your macaroni noodles and have them already in the fridge and or are already frozen so all you have to do is thaw them out and put them together. But do your cooking in stages so that you don’t get so exhausted on the actual day of cooking. You did great for your first time. 🎉❤

Oh Romy, everything u said about even letting family members go is so on point. Its both a shocking and heartbreaking revelation when u discover the family members you have to let go was so close to you and the extent was such that ubwould have never suspected. Some people want to live their life thru you, but at the time disrespect you. You feel sorry for them because you think, they must not be in their right mind, but at the same time the meanness angers you. Because they could do better; they just dont want to; always transferring their trauma to you.

I was wondering about you guys... Does your hubby know anyone who is single, employed, a true Christian believer, employed etc...?

Romy, ur so right; as u get older, the weight is easy to gain but hard to lose. What helped me was although I exercise and eat right, I have slow blood circulation and my stomach doesn't make a lot of stomach acid to burn the calories, so, eating small portions and MORE IMPORTANTLY, CHEWING EVERY BITE UNTIL THE FOOD IS PUTTY IN MY MOUTH has GREATLY helped me. I lost a lot of weight before by doing this, but just got greedy. And when you have to chew the food up very well, each bite (and take SMALL bites/spoonfuls - like asians do) you make ur portions smaller because you have to chew it all. I used to think I wouldn't get full that way, but it's quite to the contrary. You just have to be consistent. When ur urged to swallow after the 5th chomp,😊 just don't . And remember, cravings arent hunger; just cravings, there's a difference. When its real hunger, the body burns the food much better.
