I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience with the supertech (Hypernova mall), particularly due to the failure to reimburse the return amount promised. Despite fulfilling all contractual obligations, including timely payments and adherence to terms, the supertech has failed to uphold their end of the agreement by not returning the agreed-upon amount. This lack of financial integrity reflects poorly on the supertech's reputation and diminishes trust in their business practices. As a result, I strongly advise against engaging with supertech for any property transactions.

Now that Supertech Chairman R.K.Arora is in jail in money laundering case, what's the future of this project I have booked studio apartment thru Investor's Clinicin 2013. No idea of the current status, already paid 7.75 lakh to them. Also, no clarity if their project is Rera approved. Lots of fraudsters sitting in their office & at their site, who gave no response on the current situation, but want to exploit the money from innocent home buyers.
