Well I hade To do a little Customizing Owell The Way i Did it Every thing is left together Screw,door. Even used c clamps but I think it will help hold. My door frame is about an Inch or so to small in with. But it work.

reverb/hall effect is annoying

The 608 cross trainers 2018 and before were wonderful. I was a gym owner for 14 years. and wore them all the time. Also played racquetball and did wind sprints in them. SINCE 2018 the new Versions ( I bought some in 2023 after the last 8 pair wore out) are TERRIBLE with hard soles and thin inserts. My Plantar Faciitis that had been gone for 20 years came back in 3 days. I am now searching for new shoes. I would like to see New Balance go back to making them the way they did 2018 and before when made in Indonesia.

I have this rower, have used it 3 years. Well built. Good workout. Enjoy the water sound.

The best budget shoes I found are from last years Saucony line up which was arguably the best line up of any brands Ride 16 $60 Versatile shoe that is light and bouncy for daily runs and even tempo Triumph 21 $100 Cushioned shoe that is surprisingly fast that can protect your feet for long runs or even marathons Endorphin Pro 3 $149 Racing shoe with a carbon plate that is beginner friendly and can compete with the likes of AlphaFlys ($280) Metaspeed sky ($250) All these shoes are at a huge discount and still some of the best on the market. Brooks has really fallen behind on technology and build.

What a joke of a list

Two types of gloves not mentioned. Gloves with the metal hook are not a great idea for pull up gloves. The hook is not wide enough for all four fingers to fit on comfortably and the metal doesn't hold much over 150lbs i'd say before wear and the gradual opening of the hook. The Wrist-supported gloves that have what I call a tongue that wraps around the bar, give the best grip support for maxing pull-ups in my opinion. The downside is you can't use it on a bar that you need to jump for (like outside pull-up bars) but is perfect for lower bars. I max around 30ish without any gloves and with tongue gloves, I can get to around 40. I weigh 185lbs for reference
