Great video! I’ve had similar experiences with a bunch of cameras and the same sentiments regarding price and usage of the photos/videos. In my area, $150 base is the standard, so I’ve found the ZVE1 as a perfect all around camera. The electronic shutter is lightning fast for 1600 ISO handheld brackets (which if you haven’t tried-highly recommended!). I keep my A7iv around for higher paying photo gigs, Pocket 3 for lower paying video gigs, and FX30 for fun and also multi cam concert recording. Like you mentioned, each camera has a niche and price point that it makes sense to use over another. Keep up the great vids!

I have a Pocket 3 and love it for RE video, but I absolutely would not use the wide angle adapter. The distortion is just too much. On the plus side, it has much better levelling than the iPhone, higher quality footage (10bit 60fps without an attached SSD), and it's just so fast to shoot with. Great video, though, I hope you gave the OP3 more chances since this video came out.

Is the Nikon z6II good for pics and videos?

Features that appeal to me that are only in the paid version include Auto-import bank transactions Auto-merge and categorize bank transactions Digitally capture unlimited receipts and track expenses How efficient is the free version for a real estate photography business? Are there any suggestions in using the free version to make it more efficient?

Very cool stuff. Two questions, you didn't wait until you had more satellites available before flying? I always wait until they're in the green. Second is not a question, but, shutter speed should *decrease* when you're trying to brighten up the scene. You can also do that via raising the ISO a tad.

Did you merge the photos before giving them to the client, or are you providing bracketed raw photos?

This is not only great advice, but advice new RE photogs/videographers should live by... I still do not use log, or flat profiles, because for 99% of RE it just isnt needed, and clients will never tell the difference. Great advice here, and great advice on the movements as well.... use your legs as a base, and lean left/right forward or backwards, and throw in a couple of up and down shots from behind things for reveals, and thats all you need!!!

Awesome Video dude. Just for anyone reading the comments - I went the middle of the road option camera wise (ZV-E10 sigma 10-18) and a DJI RSC 2 for gimbal. That is more than good enough for listing photos and videos once you spend a couple months sucking and learn how to use the gear properly. However - I just picked up a 15 pro max and I'm going to be using that for my vids from now on. There IS a caveat with this however - which is just that in my opinion clients like to see the nice gimbal rig and kind of get goggly eyes over it. Honestly not that big though. A guy that knows how to talk to clients with an IPhone will do better than a guy thats shy with a FX3 and huge gimbal. (Also if you're going the crop sensor route it's probably worth the extra 500 to just go ahead and pick up an a6700) Other than that - stick out the first 6 months - they suck. You suck at the technical skills, fulfillment, client relations etc. but you will get better. The marketing / client acquisition advice Jordan gives is also more than enough. Focus on building relationships and not being transactional and the work you put in will compound. It will look like nothing's happening for a good 6 months and then something happens and it starts to materialize. End of story - all of Jordan's advice worked for me. Just focus on the key components - and approach it from the perspective of a business owner - and stick out how rough it is in the beginning - you will be just fine. Once you get over the fear of failure you're golden.

I have had the same experience with realtors saying they will use me and then hearing nothing back. It has been incredibly disheartening. I live in Australia so our seasons are opposite to yours. It was helpful to hear that you had a similar experience. I took it as a sign that I need to push my marketing harder, so I am reworking my package deals and hope to launch my Insta marketing in the next few weeks! Please keep the content coming, I love it and it is beyond valuable to see someone who has done it show me the ropes.

Question, do you present an onscreen presentation when you do a brokerage presentation?

As someone who’s never shot a video before when I saw this clip I thought “I wish I could shoot this well” 😂 Then heard the critique and it scared the sht out of me hahaha. For an untrained eye like mine I found nothing wrong with it but for a pro it’s a whole different story. That’s why it’s so easy Morgan’s to have your work reviewed and feedback is literally priceless. I’ll be shtting my pants when I shoot my first video, it’ll look like absolute crap probably.

Canon R6 mk ii is about the same price right now. Would you recommend it over this camera? It’s got IBIS and AI stuff in it, seems like a more capable camera. What do you think?

Is there a curriculum for the courses? Will editing process for video/stills be covered for those who want to edit themselves on the beginning?

This is priceless info! Do you need to get good at all these things in order to start the business or can you focus on a few things at a time and then add more services as time goes by? For example, I’d like to offer stills, floor plans and 360 virtual tours upon opening and then add videography (drone, video tours). Also, you don’t really need to incorporate. You can list all your business related expanses on your schedule C as a proprietor. Is there a benefit to incorporating?

I am so glad I found your channel. I’m an amateur photographer and want to get into RE photography. I watched a ton of videos by Nathan Cool and wanted to buy his course but literally can’t afford it. It’s $600. Plus he is a proponent of the flambiant method which would require more equipment I don’t have. I can’t believe you are doing all this with minimal gear. Nathan says you have to buy level bulkhead, flashes, umbrellas, edit your own photos (until you’re big enough that you don’t have time) and it overwhelmed me so much. Thank you for sharing your experience. To get started, do you need a website with portfolio and if yes how do you get samples of your property shoots if you’re just starting out? Also what service do you recommend for editing? Pixel mob, upwork, etc or did you find it elsewhere? Thank you.

if you are making so much money why was the reason to not invest in a Camera specificly for Videography instead of the iphone wouldnt the quality and value be more for the client ?

I think having guests would be great and long form is better imo to reduce time for filming on you and will be better value going in depth vs just over view in lots of shorter videos. Great content though 🙌
