Why is the bottom rotor on stop?
Looks like the slow motor is either bad ,not plugged in the socket or needs and o-ring or that motor need a rebuild, or was removed from the mounting bracket which is a common one ,or the slow motor just needs a simple adjustment, there are motor stacks in a leslie, top for fast and the bottom one for slow.this is a 70s leslie and the bottom styrofoam rotor was painted which like nice originally they are a good bronze color or white if they've been replaced .
