I think distance of the targets played a factor in the underperforming of the pulse cannons. But overall I think both ship classes have performed fairly well. A good coaxial missile system wouldn’t be bad but idk

​@@LegionaryGaming by our estimate the ship should run 1 hardening reviving bulwark, 2 energy to shield converters, 1 aegis, and 1 combat energizer turret subsystem after the proposed shield modifications which has 1.9 million shield.

Tis is the next to be played, I am probably going to put another 2-3 hours into skyrim (to get closer to when Operation Market Garden took place) and then start it.

We’d be grateful for any help from Adion Industries with the Valkyrie program. I’m expecting them to have a max of 2 offensive turrets and 2 defensive turrets. But we may look into having them specialize between full offensive and full defensive.

Okay the first fight was 1/6 or so. The second was 1/4 remained. But since then we have doubled the shields and been in a couple other battles with the Xsotans

The plan is weapons for this new ship. Imma have to work out what all space, turret capacity wise, I’ll have.

​@LegionaryGaming avorion equivalents of the standard issue quadra cannon on the Cerberus has been researched and the xanion version can be traded in for a 10% reduction in total cost for replacement. A long range lightning gun was researched but purchased by SDY along with the strongest antimatter coaxial missiles. The current research focus has been coaxial weapons that do several times the damage of its turreted equivalents.

The pirates that jumped me made the container a one block container. And I ended up just buying the knowledge

@@LegionaryGaming ok next time you have a level 7 container and its one block open the container in my sector with one ship present if I am not logged in. The ship will keep the sector loaded in with the ship present.

@@LegionaryGaming it seems like salvaging efforts on destroyed enemies and wrecks haven't been efficient in generating resources needed for refitting ships. Adion industries could offer salvaging services with bonus free repair service.

Possibly. It doesn’t help though that the ships doing the work are not built with large cargo holds. Maybe we’ll need to invest in a dedicated (defense covered) salvaging ship

I think current plan was to get enough ogonite and upgrade at least the ‘Cerberus’ and ‘Old Teddy’ and there are rumors the ‘Chimera’ could be pulled back into action and not stay on scout duties. So Adion Industries may be reached out to for some new turrets.

I have it unlocked, just little to no avorion mineral able to be used currently...

I had it follow the main group in so then I can scout inside the barrier before it closed. I think if I remember I did a travel for it to the entrance and then made it jump,specifically, to the sector that the barrier entrance would lead to

​@@LegionaryGaming you can use the maintenance command on a ship with empty squadrons and some space for torpedoes to let it purchase fighters and torpedoes of your choice. You can purchase up to exceptional rarity using the command. This way the fleet could reach similar parity inside the barrier if the fleet has enough credits to throw around. If you want more credits, I would recommend salvaging any sector you clear of pirate or xsotan ships.

Yeah I would do that but I’m wanting similar fighters for each squadrons so I’m trying to build them all lol(like a squadron of laser fighters, or anti fighter squadron, etc) I do plan to do that for torpedoes though when I need some

@@LegionaryGaming try to focus on 120 pulse fighters as it ignores shield and can destroy ships while ignoring shield resistances. It also lets you kill carriers quickly which in turn destroy the enemy fighters. You can select the type of fighter you want to purchase for each squadron.

Yeah. Maybe I’ll look for some super good pulse fighters then for the strike squadrons. I’ll need to increase my command capacity to allow more squadrons out at a time too.

@@LegionaryGaming That's certainly true in 'Hell's Highway' where the Kraut 'scoper' is found in a few chapters. Here, in 'Purple Heart Lane' is the only time it's found in RTH30. The Springfield? Finer crosshair and more power plus the cache under the bridge. Alternates? Both the Garand, StG and others early. Congratulations. Cheers.

Yeah, granted this music is due to the mod(I’m 98% sure) I’m using to get this Japanese inspired race. But Stonehearth music is fantastic to just chill and listen to when I play for a few hours. Stonehearth and Avorion both have pretty good soundtracks for their games

@@LegionaryGaming Adion industries can create a alliance ship in the occupied smuggler sector so that space rica can buy the avorion knowledge and get back outside the barrier to bring more personnel and set up logistics to start winning the war. Currently all R&D is halted due to a severe lack of investment and funds. But is making efforts to restart R&D through investments in particle accelerators.

They should be able to figure something out for it. They have found a few turrets at local equipment docks that are pretty good

@@LegionaryGaming high quality coaxial cannons do almost 3000 DPS per slot at tech 51. I would recommend buying it over standard cannons.

They are allowed to have enough weapons on their ships that would be able to stop a fleet of pirates, incase they were raided by pirates.

@@LegionaryGaming how would space rica military handle getting pranked by its own citizen having space Rica military deliver another faction's ship to another sector when the client was already on board the military ship accepting the transfer vessel mission. At the destination no station or contact accepts the vessel and only after further investigation find that the client is on board the military vessel at the destination and is laughing at the successful prank.

He probably figured in the interest of Space-rica they would need someone strong who would make hard decisions as well. And who aligned with them, destruction of pirates and Xtosans are both factions main goals it seems

@@LegionaryGaming hard decisions are one thing but illogical decisions that start hurting space Rica would be bad. Basically with the emperor in charge there will be more wars and if the day comes that the emperor decided to start installing puppet governments in factions with their associates or start launching a great crusade to establish the Cavaliers imperium, the loyalty of the captain will come in question. According to the wiki the Cavaliers want a galaxy under their rule and you have just put the person most likely to try to take over the galaxy in charge. If I was space rica I would put a kill switch that injects lethal drugs into him or even prevent his family from immigrating to other factions to use as hostages in case he turns on space rica.

@@LegionaryGaming making hard decisions are one thing but making bad or incompetent decisions make it worse than not making the hard decisions as sacrifices might not even yield results that you want. The emperor is the type of person that sends human wave attacks without hesitation or even proper Intel for a successful operation. I am not sure if space Rica is ok with burning men and materiel on one way trips should the Cavaliers demand it. The emperor may not make the most competent decisions but a string of losses would massively sour public sentiment. There is a unknown risk whether the Cavaliers would turn on space rica and start installing puppets for more direct rule of fear. Space rica would need to have fail safes should the Cavaliers decide to take over space rica and must keep a close eye on the Cerberus captain due to his general position in the Cavaliers as there is no guarantee that he would decide that the current administration in charge needs replacing and sides with the Cavaliers to betray space rica.

But that’s a matter of opinion of it being a “bad” or “illogical” decision especially in a split moment decision. But nonetheless the decision was made and it can’t be changed. So we’ll see what happens now

Cause he thought it was best to do so. When he looks at the choice of either a traitor, and someone who deceived or a person he hasn’t talked to and has very limited knowledge on, who wants to rid the universe of pirates and xtosans, for wealth or not. He thought that would be the best choice.
