I understand your situation, every now and then when return home there is always some fighting or someone that is just yelling at others in the house just because they are not in the mood and they take out their frustration on them, it doesn't feel right for to just sit in a corner and listen to all of that happening, so just go away from there or go to the terrace, but I guess you live alone and your situation is like this because of the condition of your home, we all hide our true situation from other people because we think that "what will they do, it probably doesn't even matter to them", the people on the social media are like a half eaten apple they show their side on the social media that is not eaten and hide the side that is eaten behind them, I think you fix this by improving and focusing on yourself (which I guess you are already doing), I hope everything goes well for you. I'm currently at the stage where you're 2 years ago too where I have switched to a part-time job so I can focus more on launching my business while balancing motherhood.
