I have always loved your honesty and your vulnerability. Not many people are real on social media. You always have been. I really admire that. I'm struggling with mental health and depression too. I've seen 70 or so. They're all pretty much the same. I lived 20 miles from NYC and never went to Times Square on NYE.

You kay have to give a key to your house to one these: the fire, police, ambulsnce, neighbor. Tgere might be remote control switches available , and put a alert light in the window.

My wife is overweight ant can't get up. I can't lift her up , and called the fire dept in the weekend, no one came , I asked a neighbor to help and we took each arm.

Thanks. Sometimes doctors and nurses , and people in similar situations can share tips to improve life so ad to make people happier, and a psychologist might not even know these things.
