Congrats!! I feel you! Assets rich and cash poor! I am at the same place. I too i am putting my real estate on hold and focusing on social media and other ventures. I am reinvesting my energy into building my cash flow, paying down debt and upstanding a business that is not tied to an asset.

That's great . I'm a Business Analyst turned real estate developer. I'm currently on a development project of £4.3milliin in GDV in London and potentially expand to £8.5million as we are acquiring a land beside the current site. London has great liquidity and purchasing power hence my preference. Would be nice to collaborate with fellow Africans ... Good Nigerians to seize on many opportunities that are coming up recently in London and overall UK. Real Estate process is slow and heavy paper work but the return is huuuggggee . Better with a good cashflow though or a side hustle along with development. I'm looking to form out a community where Nigerian and African entrepreneurs and investors can collaborate and share ideas to leverage all the many opportunities here in the UK. We are currently putting structures and networks in place for this so Watch this space.
