Perfection the only thing missing is an inground pool with a pool house and I am sure there is a 3 car garage although not shown as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. All the best in 2025.

When they renovated the kitchen, It would have been a great opportunity to get rid of the peninsula in the kitchen and put in a large island. That’s what we did and we’re so happy we did. More prep space and better traffic flow.

I love the simplicity of not overcrowding with furnishings. Love the banquet in the living area. Peaceful and sweet with the color scheme. It’s the little things that make is outstanding, the decorative side of the stairs, the homes interior architecture, and the art. Lamps, etc. love it.

This is an astounding beautiful home. I wish that I can have in my home state of New Jersey. We did not see the 2 door garage, I do not know if there is a basement not just for the wine cellar but also for the HVA closet, Security/Surveillance, a Nanny/Housekeeper's room, a laundry room. A beautiful property in a Southern home. It would have been nice to meet Ms. Molly Basile and her interior designer. Note: A great idea to have a climate controlled enclosed porch with the hot, humidity, bugs of the southern US. I did not like how the Butler's pantry and the dining room and the kitchen/dining area is all lumped together there is no specific are where one then walks over to the following room. The gardens are nice however they need magnolia trees, hydrangeas, azaleas, roses, jazmine, tuberose to sparkle the gardens with beauty and fragrance. All the best. Happy Autumn/Fall of 2024.
