I was prescribed Xanax for 11 yrs (started at .5 ended at 3 mgs). I've been off it completely since January 26, '20. I had 4 grand mal seizures in the process (two at home, one in the emergency room, and one AFTER detox in the grocery store). I will never touch another xanax/benzo in my life. After a couple years of taking it they didn't even help anymore. I was just taking it to keep from going into withdrawals. I cracked my head on the edge of a solid table when I had my first seizure. I'm lucky to be alive.

Here’s how I know she’s lying. Ive had Xanax withdrawal multiple times in my life because I used to be an addict to heroin fentanyl and Xanax and meth. She said that when she was having withdrawal from Xanax that she spent most of her time on the couch sleeping feeling like she has the flu. Withdrawing from anything especially heroin and Xanax does not feel like the flu. It is worse than the flu. It’s horrifying. Also when you’re withdrawing from Xanax, you get really bad insomnia you can’t sleep for daysyour bones hurt your muscles are twitching and jerking you can’t control it even your tongue is jerking. You can’t stop moving your body and you get full body panic attacks, uncontrollable panic attack attacks like crazy and an impending sense of doom. You don’t sleep at all and you can’t just stay in one place. I watched her little if you would call it a documentary and I could just tell that she was lying and over exaggerating about a lot of the stuff she made this little documentary thing two years after supposedly getting clean, which she says that she’s still drinking so she was in no place to talk about beating her addictions at all. She was basically just doing it for profit because she needed a way to get money because at the time she wasn’t really making music. She probably released like one or two songs. Her last album was a flop. So she basically took advantage of her somewhat drug addiction and turned it into a profit. I really don’t like this girl. She does a lot of things for attention and everyone wants to feel bad for her because she’s a celebrity when there are normal people that are suffering way worse with their addictions than she was. She’s also been caught lying about so many things in the past maybe she was bullied when she was a tiny little kid, but we all were when we were kids, unless you were lucky. Or you were the one that was the bully. She was the bully multiple people that knew her when she was a preteen and a teenager said that she was the one that was a bully and she was the one that was the mean girl.
